Sam closed her ipad as she switched her attention to Taani who was not paying attention to her at all.

"Miss.Superstar!! It's been 3 months but abhi bhi tumari charcha ho rahi hai!!! Its so amazing right??"

Taani smiled and sat on her cozy couch, scrolling her mobile screen as Samentha continued, "Its seems like a dream!! now you're all over the place! Speaking of which aaj Mr.Khan ne aur ek script drop kia tha, he wanted you to go through it." Sam handed over the script to Taani as she spoke.

Taani tied her hair into a bun as she took it, taking a deep breath in she started to read out loud,

"Dil Duffer, written by Pankaj Mahat, Genre- Romance/ Drama"

"Interesting" commented Sam paying full attention to Taani.

After going through the entire script, they both just stared at each other blankly. This was the 5^th script they read and they loved all 5.

"Okay! So according to Mrs.Avantika, you can choose just 1 film." Sam reminded Taani.

"pehla wala, is sci-fi movie" Taani said as she raised her finger counting one.

Sam took out her note pad as she read, "second one is tragedy, some true story pe based hai"

Taani made a confused face, "3^rd one is suspense, 4^th one comedy and 5^th one romance"

Sam and Taani both smiled at each other as they spoke up in union, "5^th one it is!!".

"passion Taani, I need chemistry!!!" yelled Taani's director

It had been 2 hours she was rehersing and Taani tried her level best to match up to everyone's expectation. Taking up this project meant she had to work double hard as she had to live up to the bench mark that she had set after her first film.

"Taani come on! I need energy and chemistry!!" demanded the director for the 50^th time.

Taani tried to repeat her dialogues again, but seemed like everyone was tired. Sam took a deep breath in as she walked towards Taani,

"you continue practicing, we will take a break and be back by 1 hours time. Alright?"

Taani nervously smiled and nodded her head. This wasn't as easy as she thought it would be. Staring at herself in the mirror she started rehearsing but then stopped again as she couldn't get it. Holding her knees she stared at the ground, She could feel her heartbeat rise, immediately she walked out of the rehearsal hall to fetch water when she crashed into someone. Someone familiar.

They kept looking at each other when finally Taani decided to speak,

"Hi"

Standing opposite him she felt relief. She has been meeting several people ever since her movie was a hit but meeting him felt different. A different joy, a different peace. Something she couldn't explain, something we probably will never understand.

Rey just looked at her and then around the hallway, "Hello Madam"

His voice made her tickle, there was humor in it and sarcasm at the same time. She gave a soft giggle as she tugged her hair behind her ears, "Madam?"

"ab toh aap superstar ho chukki hai. Izzat se bulana padega right?"

Taani squeezed her lips as she smiled, she kept staring at Rey recalling the time she spent with him before her film released and how she ditched him after that. Taking a deep breath in she decided that she will make it up to him,

"Stressed hu!! Fresh air chaiye...Terrace pe chale kya?" whispered Taani.

Rey laughed as he nodded his head, he glanced at his watch and raised her eyebrows signaling her to take the staircase leading to the terrace. Taani couldn't help but smile and follow him.

Sitting on the terrace, which was quite and windy both of them sat on the edge, dangling their feet in the air. Taani looked at rey as she spoke up,

"Tum uss din waha abandoned store room ke paas aye the right?"

Rey quickly changed his expressions,he didn't want to sound like a sore loser or a desperate fan, "Oh nai..wo actually main busy tha aur phir..."

"Maine tumko dekha tha" interrupted Taani.

Rey just stared at Taani as he scratched his head. Taani stared at the ground for few minutes feeling guilty; suddenly an idea struck her to clear the awkwardness,

"Muje ek scene karne mein help karoge?"

Confused Rey nodded as Taani handed over the papers to him,

"Mujse ye scene ho nai raha! Pata nai director kounse chemistry, passion ki baat kar rahi hai. Aur main baar baar dialogues bhul jati hu!"

Enthusiastic Rey smiled, "Aare aise practice karenge ki director ki vaat lagayenge!! Ek dum fhaadu performance degi tu!!Chal, bol dialogues!!"

Seeing his enthusiasm, motivated Taani , She immediately smiled and took a deep breath ,

"Pyar karo usse jo pyaar ki kabil ho"

Rey stared at her, "Nai!! Kuch galat ho raha hai, doobara karo"

Taani nodded her head and tried again, this time more slowly "Pyaar karo usse jo.."

"Taani, tum pyaar ki baat kar rahi ho!! dil se karo dil se" Rey said hitting his chest, "main dikhata hu kaise"

He stood on the pipe and looked straight into Taani's eyes, slowly walking towards her he started talking, "Pyaar usse karo" he paused for few minutes as he stopped walking and stared at her, "jo pyaar ke kabil ho.Sacchi mohobbat ko pehechane ke liye ankhon ki zaroorat nai" he lowered his tone and pointed to his heart, "sirf ek dil ki zaroorat hai"

Taani for few seconds just stared at him as he Jumped down the pipe and raised his eyebrows,

"You're so good at it!" she whispered as he dusted his tshirt, " Tumhe toh film industry mein hona chaiye tha!"

Rey giggled, "Ab main film line mein aa jaunga toh phir tumhare co-star Rithvik aur dusre main leads ka kya hoga!!!"

Taani giggled for few minutes but then stopped as an idea struck her mind, "Tum mere secret trainer banoge kya?"

Rey furrowed his eyebrows as he looked at her, "matlab?"

Rubbing her palms she began to explain, "Yeh jo Rithvik ke saath mere scenes hote hai..bass unke rehersal karte hai. You know I hate Rihtvik!!" she glanced at Rey who now looked at her all surprised, " Wo rehersal mein meri kuch madadt nai karta!! I just can't give my 100 percent without proper rehersal."

Rey raised his eyebrows, "tumhara matlab ki main tumhara off screen co-star banuga?"

Taani smiled, "Aisa hi kuch"

"Well... mere taraf se haan hai!!" he said as he mimicked a newly wed bride.

Sleeping on her couch Taani was busy scrolling through her twitter account when she noticed an article that she was tagged in.

"Cupid hits Rithvik again..this time with Debutant Taani Shikhawat!!!"

Taani immediately sat up!! With her eyes popped out and tugging her hair behind her ears she began to read,

" Handosme Rithvik Dhanjani has a history of dating his co-stars, in 2013 it was Kritika Jha, In 2014 Shabana Khan, and now if rumors are to be believed Rithvik Dhanjani and Taani Shikhawat have been secretly dating!! They had recently been spotted walking out of the airport, maybe hand in hand ...!! We have to admit that they make a super hot pair!!! Well Rithvik again proved that he has the charm and skills to make his co-stars fall head over heels for him. Lets see how long this love lasts!!"

Within a few seconds Taani's phone began to blow up. Texts, miss calls, whatsapp messages!! Taani just stared at the phone and the article. She was trying to breathe in and out without feeling shocked when Mrs.Avantika stormed in her room.

"What the hell Taani!! Ye kya likha hai article mein?"

Taani just stared at her mother , "Mom aap mujse ye kyu puch rahe ho? main khud shock mein hu! I mean ye airport pe! Wo buss muje guide kar raha tha and press aa gait hi isliye haath pakad ke gaadi tak leke jaa raha tha."

Avantika stared at Taani as if she is not convinced, "Well, Rithvik has a different story to say".

Rey kissed his dad's cheeks for the 5^th time already. He felt he was on cloud 9 as he sat on his new royal enfield. Radhesaam just watched his son smiling ear to ear as he started the engine. The last time he was smiling this much was when Deepika Padukone won the filmfare award, which was just few days ago.

"Radhe tune kamal kar diya!! Muje nai pata tha ki tuje surprise bhi dena ata hai!!"

Radheshaam just smiled as Rey continued talking, "Newspaper pe chap dena chaiye..Duniya ka sabse acha baap koun?? Radheshaam, radheshaam radheshaam!!!"

He was smiling and giggling with his father when Nilesh interrupted from behind, "Newspaper se yaad aya, Rithvik ka naya article suna? "

Rey rolled his eyes as he remembered Taani's words that he wouldn't help her during rehersals, "Kya hua usse? New film sign kia?"

"He said Taani Shikhawat thinks they are more than just-friends"

Rey stopped whatever he was doing and immediately got off his bike and grabbed the paper,

This is what Rithvik Dhanjani had to say when asked about the latest rumor on Him and Taani dating, "I take her as a co-star, but I feel she thinks we are more than just friends"

Rey's just stared blankly at the paper. He knew it was a lie, it had to be. Taani just told him that she hates him. But then he stared at the picture next to the article where Taani was walking in the parking lot, hand in hand with Rithvik!

He felt something soar in his throat with even the thought of Taani and Rithvik together. Throwing the paper back in Nil's hands he rushed to his new bike and took off in a high speed.
