Ahil comes to meet dilawer in hospital. He runs to dilawer & ask him about sanam
But he is informed that he is paralysed.
He is about to go back but dilawer ask 1 crore. He agrees dilawer says about the accident & sanam can be in Pakistan. New sanam enters as a nurse & Ahil won't recognise her. She gives him a tablet & he coughs. Ahil calls doctor & finds he is dead. He is confused.
Off screen Kvb I almost got clue from that man that sanam can be in Pakistan & then the call gives him that clue but then twist happens. Ahil is attacked by his new wife. Now what's gone happen don't know.
