In SNS the actors Devoleena, Mohammad and Rupal (Gopi, Ahem and Kokika respectively) never fail to impress me with their wonderful acting. No matter how silly or unnerving their role or line may be at certain points in the drama; they all seem to carry it off so well.

Pre-2nd-leap

Acting got stronger throughtout the show. Rashi acted wonderfully and really captured her character well. It became difficult, at times, to determine whether she played a vindictive villain or was on the side of the heroes. She also carried her exit off very well and the effects used made her exit intense and exciting (regardless of the fact she was killed by a stranger obsessed with her sister-in-law). I must admit when Rashi was hit the reaction of everyone said it all. It was the most memorable send-off the show will ever get, and demonstrated the harsh reality of the world we live in today. Gopi and Ahem connection honestly did not feel real for the most parted and seem too forced upon them by Kokilla but their acting in many other instances was of a high standard.

Post-2nd-leap
👏 Wow! Since the beginning of the leap till now. The mystery, drama and revelations all unfolded too well! All the actors really stepped up their game. And the Ahem Gopi scenes not to be missed. Their hatred for each other is really showed in their shouting and humility of each other. I love when Gopi shouts at Ahem to not shout at her, lol! Their scenes feel so natural. Kokila's scenes of sorrow and despair are flawlessly executed. Her heart attack scene was top class acting. The way she responds to those around her and really uses body language and facial expressions to emphasise her shock and other emotions.

What do you guys think, leave a short analysis down below as to how you think the show's acting (not quality of story or script, but acting) has improved or decreased in standard.

Thanks guys and I look forward to your replies.

I agree, Rucha was a fantastic actress from the very first episode itself. Like you said, it was always so hard to gauge what Rashi was. Honestly, one of the best portrayals of a grey character on tv. She was never straight up evil or good, just matlabi.

And I agree, Rupal has always been a fantastic actress. As annoying as Koki can be, Rupal always brings it and is a scene stealer. She makes Koki dominate the screen, regardless of her dialogues.

I think Devoleena was also always pretty good. There's been improvement for sure as well though. I feel like Dev nails the scenes where Gopi is strong. It's amazing, I love them. And her expressions are always great too (unpopular opinion, I thought Gia could've been better with expressions when she was Gopi).

But Mohammed, man, what a difference! In the earlier episodes, Nazim was always pretty frozen or had like 2-3 expressions max. But these past few episodes, he's been on fire! His expressions are so on point! Like he's so good. You can see the dramatic shifts when he meets Gopi, from longing and missing her to being angry at her. Really good! I'm so glad the CVs have given him so much more material to work with. He's really showing off his acting chops!
