Episode begins with Ruhi and Shravu. Shravu invites her to his table telling her Ishu is there. Ruhi gets sad and Shagun gets annoyed. She argues with Mihir and Mihir asks her to control. Ruhi refuses to meet Ishita. Shagun sends Shravu along.
Mihika's resident. A doctor comes and she comes with a vaccination and on Ashok's sayings fools Mihika. She gives her the vaccination. She faints. The doc is happy her planned work.
Shravu and Ishu talks, he tells her about Ruhi being there. Ishita gets emotional. Shagun takes her away. Ruhi then walks up near Ishita and shouts Shagun mama lets go from here. Ishita begins to cry. Shravu controls and says he will talk to her in class. Ishita gets convinced.
Mihika is put to anesthesia, Suraj controls the situation since they are going to put her up for an abortion. Suraj gives the news to Ashok who is pleased. At the meeting, Raman is being praised. They talk about a child model. He says he wants an innocent one and spots Ruhi, he gives his opinion and says Ruhi would be perfect for the model. Raman worries if Ishita finds out about him working with Ashok.
The client likes Raman's work and is looking for a child artist and sees Ruhi and says he is perfect for child model. Raman denies but Ashok gives his word. They argue. Raman calls Shagun and tells her to tell him no. Shagun doesnt see any problem.
The doc tells Mihika is not pregnant.
Ishra going home and Shagun calls to argue with Raman. Her car has been towed away since Raman is not paying for the car-luxury. She says she wants a life of luxury and knows who to get it from. She looks at Ruhi.
