"Ishita will find out that Raman works for Ashok and that Ruhi is doing an ad campaign for him. The heart-broken Ishita will get further hurt to know that her husband didn't inform her of the truth. How will Ishita react to the news? Will she stop talking to Raman? How will Raman convince his wife? "

This is what the spoiler says

So once again Raman lets Ishita down...or in better words CV's have once again made Raman the bad guy for the sake of Drama.

I don't recognize Raman's character anymore...The RKB I fell in love with was flawed, he was emotional and impulsive...but he was also righteous and juts. Maybe the Raman today does have these qualities intact but the CV's have ben busy churning such crap load of sh*t for the past so many weeks that all these qualities have got buried some where deep within jahan se bahar nikal nahi sakta.

Raman's character is doing nothing these days than hiding things from Ishita and then feeling guilty about it and crying bucket loads. Yeh Kya Hai? Raman is an Iconic character and he became an Iconic character because he was shown as a real, flawed, relatable human being...aaj jisko dekhti hoon; he no where resembles that man they showed earlier, the one we are used to seeing and raving about...who even though felt that his hands were tied used to break free all the ropes binding him, the ones that were making him weak and rose and shone more than any other character in the show.

There are many creative ways to show the helplessness of a father of a husband if the makers want to show...why opt for a way which makes every memory of the real RAMAN KUMAR BHALLA fades away?

I just wish that the TRP's dropped so down to a point where the makers learn that the rise YHM saw in the 11:00 PM slot and when it changed to the 7:30 PM Slot was because they gave us something out of the box when it came to Desi Soap. That the audience who they gathered during the past 1 year wants the same quality, the same charm the show has always been associated. Even earlier there used to be drama, a points there used to be OTT drama too but everything the story-telling, the execution of the script, the screen-play, the level of intelligence and entertainment was so amazing that YHM became a BRAND.

The story, characters, relationships, emotions, logic, feelings etc everything that made YHM- YHM is going for a toss and that strips down the essence the magic of YHM. So before there is nothing left to save the only prayer I have and that too for a fictional show, a REEL show simply because I am so vested in something that actually made me feel and believe that Desi Shows can be much more than Saas-Bahu-Saags and Saazish and stuff is that the TRP's drop so bad next week that it knocks some sense in to the people who think that audience will happily accept, some eventually accept after initial complaints that it does not work that way.

And maybe then I can get my RKB back...My IRKB back, IshRu, IshRa and Ruman Back the way they are and the way they ought to be.

Change is fine, change is inevitable so it's fine but CHANGE at the cost of destroying a perfectly amazing show...So Not Done

Doubtful that will ever happen because the 7.30 aunties want zombie like men and superwoman women! The RKB we knew is probably long gone in the anals of desi tv much like so many iconic characters from the stables of Ekta Kapoor - Mihir, Anurag, Jai Walia - they were icons until their wives became superwomen, after which they basically became wall-hangings.

I never watched KSBKBT & KSK, but I watched Kasam Se where Jai Walia was the predecessor for RKB of today. He was iconic till they decided to decimate him to make his wife strong. It seems to be an EK serial trend - start off with strong characters, then slowly make the devi mahaan and everyone else around them stupid (except of course for the vamp!) so it becomes a constant tussle between devi and vamp.

The men just make token appearances where they either cry a la RKB or mutter inanities again a la RKB! Who would have thought the RKB we knew would subjugate himself to Ashok instead of trying to bring Ashok down? In business its each one to his own, and the RKB we knew, would have the intelligence to take Ashok's company from under his nose, which is what we thought RKB's working in Ashok's company would lead to, but no, instead this RKB only cries, mutters inanities and begs for forgiveness when his lies/mistakes are caught!

Why do the men get sacrificed simply to make the woman look good? Why can't any show or serial have both male and female protagonists be strong and complement one another? But then, why ask stupid questions for an EK show? They follow the same pattern inspite of promises that a new concept will be shown.

As true as that sounds...Please don't say that...I know the way things are shaping up...it's futile to think otherwise but against all hopes I wish RKB does not fall into that category. The one show I am hanging on to even if it's Historical Fiction is Jodha Akbar from the same PH where even today the male and female protagonists have equal importance...and one is not sacrificed at the altar of the other.

I have never watched any of Balaja Shows except for JA and now YHM but I have heard my friends crib and cry about the changes that go...but I sincereously hope that it does not happen in YHM and this is only a passing cloud.

Raman working for Ashok, without even knowing who he is working for was the biggest shock for me...But then I was like he was desperate he did not see it coming and signed a contract...but now that he is working he has completely submitted to Ashok and that is fundamentally against the RKB who was shown...This is the man who once worked under Ashok only to realize that his boss was screwing his wife which led to him latching on to the competitive streak inside of him to be the CEO Raman Bhalla we saw...but now to see this again for the sake of drama hurts the eyes and the heart.

So true why can we have both Men and Women characters that are equally sound and powerful? I do not agree to the whole make the Women look like Superwoman-Devi types tagging it as woman empowerment. I have always known and experienced that most of the times we Indians are hypocrites and there couldn't be a better example than this...Star Plus supports an initiative that focuses on Gender Equality and to see them support this kinda character transition for the sake of drama...I guess nobody practices what they preach.

More than RKB I now feel like asking - what have they done to the whole show? 😆
