Maybe what Ragini did was to seek help of law in putting it in writing that she was in no way getting married to Nachiket and that he was free to inherit the property, if at all. And that she was not interested in anything.
Grandfather made the will and the lawyer specifically said he added all those clauses because he wanted N to marry R for his own good.
If grandfather gave his property to Ragini...then Ragini can do what she pleases with it. If marriage itself is a clause...then there is nothing she can do. It is not her will to change.
