Episode 18

After the nomination ceremony everyone went their own ways, some eating, playing pool, or just lounging around...

Rey noticed the four boys hanging out by the seating area in the garden; he made his way over to them...

"Hey guys..." He said sitting down next to Sami.

"Hey man...we were just talking about nominations..." Jey said filling him in.

"Yeah...I knew I was going to be nominated...I'm not shocked..." Rey said calmly.

"For me that just went to smoothly..." Akshat said.

"Like the quiet before the storm..." Sami said speaking his thoughts.

"The only thing left is to win the Veto and get ourselves off the block..." Rey stated.

"Yeah we need to keep this alliance together..." Ayaan said looking straight over at Rey; he had noticed that Rey had been spending less time with them and more time with Tej and that gang and this worried him a little.

The three girls were hanging out in the HOH room.

"I don't get it Sia...why didn't you nominate Akshat?" Sanaya asked confused, she was sure that Akshat would be nominated.

"Just...I didn't feel like nominating him..." Sia said shrugging as she continued looking into the mirror fixing her hair.

Kruttika looked over at Sia; only the two of them knew the secret about the boys but it still seemed suspicious that she didn't nominate Akshat; she had no idea what was going on in Sia's head.

"Okay...fine...I'm going to get something to eat..." Sanaya said standing up, she was feeling a little distant from the two girls...they seem to be hiding something from her...and she didn't feel comfortable...she left the room.

In the Chill Room Maya and Rey was hanging out talking about the nominations.

"You know we have your back...you are not going home this week...if any of us gets chosen for the veto we will save you..." Maya promised Rey.

Rey thanked her, he felt really close with Tej, Maya and Asad, they were fun...he did feel guilty that he was spending less time with the other guys but he really had to do what was right for his game...

Just then Tej came in with a plate heaped with food.

"Oh thanks..." Maya said reaching out for the plate.

"Hey get your own..." Tej said moving the plate away from her.

Her mouth dropped open in shock; "Are you really going to eat all of that..." she said staring at the plate.

"Yup I'm starving..." Tej said stuffing his mouth with food; Maya looked disgusted.

"I'm going to get my food and eat somewhere where there are no animals...coming Rey?" she asked while leading the way.

"Yeah coming..." he laughed and followed her into the kitchen to get some food.

Sanaya was sitting outside in the garden on her own, Sami came out with a plate of food, he saw her sitting by herself and made his way over to her.

"Hey...what's wrong?" Sami asked breaking Sanaya out of her daydream.

"Huh?" she looked around; "Oh hey..." she smiled and then looked down at the plate of food; "I'm so hungry..."

Sami looked at the food in his plate and back to Sanaya's face; she looked so cute with that puppy dog look...

"Um...do you want some?" Sami asked, Sanaya smiled; took his plate and started eating.

He watched her eating with a smile; she then stopped and looked at him; "Where is your plate?" Sanaya asked innocently.

"In your hands..." Sami sniggered and Sanaya's eyes widened; "Oh no...I'm so sorry I thought you brought this for me..." Sanaya said cringing.

"That's okay you can have it...I'll get more..." Sami said standing up.

"Hey wait...sit..." Sanaya said pulling him back down.

"Here..." Sanaya said feeding him some food with the spoon, Sami smiled and they ate together...

Later on

Sia came out from the diary room shouting

"Let's gather in the living room, it's time to pick players for the Veto Competition..." she said excitedly.

All of the houseguests gathered in the living room, Sia entered. "It is time to pick players for the Veto Competition, the winner of the Veto will be able to keep the nominations the same, or upset the balance of the house by saving themselves or their chosen contestants, forcing the head of household to choose a replacement nominee..." Sia informed everyone.

"Can the nominees please join me..." she called. Rey and Jey stood up and joined Sia at the front.

"As head of household I will pick two houseguests to take part in the competition" Sia says. She puts her hand in a bag to pull out the names.

"Sanaya...and...Asad..." Sia said as she pulled out their names.

"Big Brother will inform us when it is time for the Veto Competition" Sia said.

Everyone wished the chosen contestants good luck.

The boys were hanging out in the first bedroom; Rey had also joined them as they discussed the POV.

"Okay guys this is not hard...I mean Sanaya and Sia are not very strong contestants they will be easy to beat..." Ayaan said pacing up and down the room.

"The only one we need to look out for is Asad...he might be stronger than he is actually playing..." Jey warned.

"I'm sure one of you guys will win..." Sami assured them.

POV Competition

The activity area was set up with five different colored lanes; each row had a work bench with a big Veto sign on it in front and at the back of the row had a toolbox.

The contestants came out into the activity area, they looked around the activity set up...the five contestants took their space in front of each of each of their workbench.

"Houseguest, this competition is called Nailed it' and here is how it works...On my go, you will race down your lanes to your toolbox where you will retrieve 6 colored nails that you will use to complete your Veto puzzle...each nail is a different length and each nail will only hold in one hole...the first houseguest to complete the puzzle, retrieve the golden Veto nail and use it to buzz in will be the winner of the Power of Veto...if you remove your Veto nail and your puzzle is incorrect you will be eliminated...does everyone understand?" Big Brother said.

The houseguest replied positively; Sia, Jey, Rey, Sanaya and Asad stood ready to begin.

"Okay everyone...please place one hand on your workbench..." Big Brother said

Each houseguest placed one hand onto the workbench and turned to face the toolbox.

"Ready...Steady...Go..." the voice boomed.

On "go" all five houseguests raced towards the toolbox and started finding their colored nails; Asad was in the lead finding three of his nails he raced back to his workbench to fill in his puzzle...

Sia was struggling to find her pieces whereas Sanaya found her six colors and made her way to the workbench to fit them in...

Rey had put some of his puzzle pieces in to the puzzle but had to run back to his toolbox to find other pieces

Jey was behind the rest, after finding all of the nails; he ran to the workbench and started putting the nails into the puzzle.

Just then there was a buzzer...

"Congratulations Rey you are the winner of the POV..." Big Brother said as Rey had just pressed in his Veto nail.

Everyone ran to congratulate Rey and then made their way back in the house...

In the Chill Room Maya, Tej, Asad and Rey were celebrating Rey's win, they were super happy that they did not have to save him during eliminations and he was safe now...

"Rey you were amazing..." Asad said hi fiving him.

"This is awesome at least the four of us are safe..." Tej said happily.

"Let's have a group hug..." Maya called; the four of them grouped in laughing and cheering.

Outside in the garden the four boys were hanging out.

"At least Rey saved himself..." Jey said, though he was happy Rey saved himself he was worried as he was still on the block and he could be the one leaving this week...

"Yeah now we just have to save you..." Sami told him.

"Yeah..." Ayaan said, although he was thinking about something completely different, he was worried Rey was spending more time with Tej and this could mean that Rey was changing his game; this might be bad for this secret alliance.

In the HOH room the girls were hanging out in the room, they were all in their own thoughts... Sia had a smile on her face which Kruttika questioned...

"Um...Sia why are you smiling...?" Kruttika asked, Sanaya looked up and also saw Sia smiling.

"The game is not over yet..." Sia said smiling and looked in to the mirror fixed herself up for the POV ceremony.

POV Ceremony

"It's time for the Veto Ceremony..." Rey informed the houseguests who were in the garden, everyone followed him into the living room, and the houseguests sat on the couches while Rey and Jey sat on the chairs. Rey stood up and walked to the front facing the houseguests.

"This is the Veto meeting...Jey and I have been nominated...but I have the Power to Veto one of the nominations...I have decided to use the Veto...on myself..." he placed the Veto around his neck; everyone knew that Rey was going to save himself but the problem was who was going to go up in place of him.

"As I have used the Veto on one of your nominees...you have to name a replacement nominee..." Rey informed Sia.

Rey sat down and Sia stood up smiling.

"Akshat I nominate you as a replacement nominee...it's time for you to go home darling..." Sia said blowing him a kiss, everyone was shocked and impress as they finally found out Sia's plan.

Akshat stood up and sat in Rey's space next to Jey, Akshat felt stupid for actually believing he might have been safe this week.

"This Veto meeting is adjourned..." Sia said enthusiastically.

Everyone got up to meet Akshat and Jey.
