At present vibha is locking eyes with parth... But she shows hesitation...
This can be interpreted as she is having feelings but she is thinking of the teacher student angle..
Or it maybe she is sensing parth feelings and is confused how to behave with him and handle the situation maturely..
In the merger episode her convo with manik showed that she is ethical in not reciprocating manik feelings for the sake of alya.. Shows that she may sacrifice and suppress her feelings..
