I appreciate that all the characters got a moment to shine today, if only for a while. I am really glad that Nandhu talked to Dhruv, she didn't deny her feelings for Manik or shy away from Dhruv's statement of them but at the same time she reminded him that DHRUINI have a relationship too, their friendship an he knows who she is.. he needed that reminder . In his pain Dhruv seems to be looking at everyone in reference to their relationship with Manik- Manik's ex girlfriend, the girl that's in love with Manik etc... he needs to remember that these people also have a relationship with him and that's what Nandhu did.

As for Nandhu- good on her for snapping a bit. I'm glad she told him her feelings, yes it's another burden on Manik and I am sure maybe by tomorrow even they will have found their balance again but I am glad she told him.

Manik, the poor guy is trapped, but he will take all this on as always and make the best decision for all of them... because like you said they are all important to him. They are his family and Manik Malhotra will not let any of them down.That's not how he is built. Looks like the next 4 days (in KY2 time) to the concert are going to be quite a fun ride... can't wait.

Thanks for saying that all of them had an opportunity to shine...as much as I am a die hard MaNan fan I love and appreciate each character in this show and all the angles and shades they bring to this saga. So believe it or not, this biggest shipper of MaNan..sometimes regrets the fact that the rest of them suffer in the shadows and don't get their due screen space or appreciation. Today...felt good!!

True that and very perceptive what you mention about Dhruv...he for now is looking at everything through Manik related prism...his lenses are tinted with anti Manik shades...so for him to connect every equation with Manik is natural...but Nandini's statements will have an impact, somewhere, something should have registered, after all these are wise words from a special friend..who does not belong to Fab 5 and for now that's an advantage!! Like her statement...if you can misread Manik...there was never any hope for me...so true!!

She doesn't belong to Fab5... but she belongs to Manik, she more then the rest of them belongs to Manik... and that's what he was seeing. But she reminded him that though that is true, that doesn't mean that she can't be impartial and his friend too. During the expulsion fiaso she mentioned to him that he was one of her first friends... he needs to remember that- hope fully soon. Because TBH I don't know if the Fab4 can get though to him as much as Nandhu can at this point.

She snapped under the pressure...and she was justified...she was struggling against the tide and felt the futility of it...she felt she was back to square one...and she felt she was carrying the burden of a relationship all alone. Again her losing patience was not wrong but as you point out it only makes Manik's already hassled situation worse. I am still not understanding one point here...why is everyone thinking that his withdrawing from the concert is equal to his choosing Dhruv over Nandini...what in the world makes us feel that way?? Do we even for a moment think that he will leave his Nandu at the mercies of a sick psychopath...than we sorely have misunderstood him and his love. He is letting Dhruv take over because he feels it will be good for him but that does not mean that he is letting go of his girl...give him some time. He would find a way to protect his star at any cost...that's just my pov.

Sorry for the rant...from your words...I take you as a kindred soul who was ready to give them both a benefit of doubt...so just ranted. I apologize.

No worries, I understand. Everyone knows he loved her and would never allow her to suffer coz of the Pandit- they have both acknowledged the game , and even if no one knows they are plays- Manik doesn't loose... except when it comes to those he loves, when he will willingly give in. With the Pandit though? And with his Nandhu at stake? No way. But I think a lot of people are feeling for Nandhu, they want him to say 'you are at the top of my priority list' and act in a way that proves it. But Manik will never be that guy.

He has multiple priorities and all are on the same level. Okay i am wrong, one priority is a level less... himself. But he will swing things around depending on what's necessary and protect his girl no matter what without ruining things for his buddy. That's just Manik- he has finally at least silently acknowledged her importance in his life- no way will he let any harm come to her... can't wait for his plan against the Pandit... and his way of calming down his girl!😛

Nandhu's hair/face and her arms have been branded by Manik so many time... he will not be pleased to say the least when he finds out about this. He couldn't stand it when his buddy smiled at her before they got together and after all they have been though... this? He is gonna be maaad!

The Monster will be back on full force... the Pandit has no ide a who Manik is and what he is capable of... he is severely underestimating both Manik & Nandhu.. he got a sense of Manik and some idea about Nandhu today, but still he thinks of them as kids who can't do anything to him...and that's the best part. Because when they strike back, he won't know what hit him or where to run.

Somehow I don't agree that Manik was sacrificing Nandini for Dhruv again..nope!! NO way in the world would the guy leave his girl at the Pandit's mercy. I believe that by hook or crook Manik would find his way back by Nandu's side!! He just cannot leave her..period!! All he needed was some time, to recover and gather his faculties. If we think that letting Dhruv take his place in the concert means he was giving up on Nandini...that is a misconception!!

And never apologize for sharing your thoughts and feelings with me...I am so happy and blessed that you decided to share them with me...that speaks of trust!! And I was glad to discuss this with you...Nandini is justified in her anger and frustration and disappointment...but Manik taking the most precious and cherished thing in his life for granted...that will never happen. Who says Dhruv performing will mend his friendship with Manik? But for Manik ,not performing at the concert was the signal that Nandu and he cannot work in real world.

She is not asking him to be there for her security but to be there for himself . She is trying to unburden him by telling him to be selfish. Because his trying to be selfless is suffocating his best buddy and killing the love they have.

It is not as messed up as we like to see. Manik knows what he has to do and what he will do just he is not able to resign himself to accepting it. He feels choosing for himself is not right or good. But then isn;t it ironic he questioned Nandini's trust about her perception of right and good.

Like I always say they both are precursors of growth. If it was some enabling Nandini , she would have joined him in this sacrifice shit but nah , this girl punched him again verbally, throwing back his words, his conditions and showed him the holes of this so-called mess he is feeling right now.

Nandini understands his needs to be with his friends. She has listened to him cribbing about not being there for them when he was with her in his own world. She never questioned him on that. She tried going away for him and his friends- that was enabling him. But now when she is questioning him on his own point , thats pushing hi for growth. Manik needs to get rid of this chip, the mess is what he wants while in reality it's very clear. he will fight for his love but he will have to learn to stand against his own friend if need be because he cannot always be self-destructive.

It's not a Monster Manik that he is struggling with, it's his saviour complex, need to protect others to feel worthy of himself that he cannot get rid off.

He always left their love and her for others. Dhruv during musicana, his mom's manipulations which he knew were legit. He always leave when there is a conflict in their relationship, it's another thing that he never can stay away. But the point is , he is never able to accept that she is important and without her there is no him, so she should be off the block. Cabir asked him an important question once-, " Manik, if Dhruv had not moved on what would you have done with Nandini? Thats exactly where he is standing right now. He has to move past Dhruv for himself.

Nandini is his shining star because she punches the reality to him. He does his share too but he only works when she puts things on perspective, like she did during jungle time, or even when she tried walking away from him, she told him that she fears that he will leave her just like he did during musicana. And honestly he did that again during Nyo manipulations, rather than fighting their conflicts he just pushes her away. Now that she knows he cannot stay away, she is his need, peace and everything then it frustrates her to see him still struggling with it and hence destroying himself. She is his star, hence he will have to free all the shackles and move towards her to find his real self.

^^^ Thats Nandini right now and the whole game is organized by the bowler that is Manik with him promising prize of their true love after this ball.
