In the latest episode, we saw Shaad (Varun Toorkey) feeling guilty for using Sanam/Jannat (Surbhi Jyoti) and Misbah (Amrapali Gupta) both for fulfilling his mission of capturing the spy Shashi Kapoor. Sanam cries inconsolably to see Shaad almost getting married to Misbah and demands an apology from him. Shaad looks around to check if no one if watching him and gets down on his knees to apologise. Sanam/Jannat immediately forgives him and starts behaving as if nothing happened.
At night, the spy Shashi Kapoor sneaks into Shaad's residence to get the secret reports lying with the latter. But, his plans go awry as he ends up waking up Sanam/Jannat while trying to get in. Sanam/Jannat recognizes Shashi Kapoor by his shoe and raises hue and cry about his arrival. Shaad runs after him to nab him but the latter manages a smooth escape.
The next day, Misbah's her foster mother Wazira and Shaad's father Aftab sit down to drink tea together. Aftab consoles Misbah by saying she would soon get married to a deserving man. Sanam/Jannat joins them and assures on her part that Aftab's words would come true. Sanam/Jannat's interference is disliked by Aftab and he asks her to refrain from addressing him "father". Just then, Misbah comes from behind and asks Aftab to forgive Shaad and Sanam. Hearing Misbah's voice, Sanam turns around and gets shocked to see her face for the first time. She feels a strong dj vu and begins recalling Tanveer and all her misdeeds.
In Bhopal, Aahil waits outside the doctor's cabin for the new bride to come out after getting her check-up done. The new bride aka new Sanam changes into her witch-like form and kills the doctor. She starts looking for her pregnancy reports before Aahil gets them. Aahil loses patience and barges into the doctor's cabin to see what the new Sanam is up to. He takes the reports from her and leaves for the residence.
At his home, Aahil reads the reports (but overlooks the name written on it) which confirm that the new Sanam is pregnant. After Aahil leaves the reports behind, the new Sanam checks the name written on the report and realises that is belongs to Aahil's sister who was also present in the clinic with her. The new Sanam plays her card by blackmailing Aahil's sister to do her bidding or else she will reveal it to all that she is going to be an unwed mother. Left with no other way out, Aahil sister agrees to do the task given by the new Sanam. She approaches Aahil to organize a press conference and tells all that the new Sanam is pregnant with the family heir. After dilly-dallying, Aahil gives in to his sister's pressure and starts making arrangements for the press con. Meanwhile, he receives a phone call from the nurse at the doctor's clinic who asks him to see her in person as she has some important information to share. Aahil asks her to come and meet him at the press con tomorrow.
Will the nurse reveal the new Sanam's truth to Aahil? How will Sanam/Jannat deal with Misbah?
