I suppose Navya's mom will get such crazy ideas 😆 But on a serious note I think these guys are going 'The Object Of My Affection' route where the girl is pregnant with the child of a guy she broke up with and is living with a gay roommate. She does get some feelings for him but lets go realising that they can never be more than friends but the two sort of end up being friends for the kid.
