They can show a time difference also like when Seher hit the truck and Sanam had the accident the time can be different like when Sanam had the accident then she shouted Aahil's name and fell down and perhaps Seher saved her and then they made a plan and exchanged dresses but unfortunately their plan failed and Sanam had the truck accident and Seher landed in Pakistan!! Maybe Sanam will herself land at IM and reveal S2's truth and then we can can get a happy ending for SaHil!

I am fed of saying stop using seher every where. Jannat is not like sanam or seher. Sanam was bubbly & care free initially. But both seher & sanam was not this clingy type they are showing for jannat. Because of her hair style & bg they say she is like zoya. Zoyas cheap portrayal. Zoya was never this bimbo types.
