Some might have felt that today's episode was bakwas. However, I do feel that there were some important aspects to pinpoint.
First of all, Beeji. This lady is in the dark about what has happened with the families. No one has told her about the problems. She finds out that Roshni is incapable of cooking, yet she still treats her as her bahu and respects Sid's sasural. Beeji said herself to Nani that Roshni is a good girl, only she is unable to cook. And she is certain her bahu will win the competition. Because of Beeji I feel Roshni will become a good bahu. People are trying to prove that Roshni is not a god bahu, but Beeji does not see it that way. Beeji will transform Roshni. Maybe indirectly and unknowingly. Beeji is a good person. Now that Roshni runied the food, something will happen for sure. Beeji won't hate her, but might be disappointed if she finds out. Even though I hope she does not find out and hopefully Sid tries to help.
Raj and Nani are two characters that are sweet and caring. Raj barely had any scenes today, but their convo made me happy. The happiness in their eyes for Roshni's outburst was amazing. They were not angry for Roshni talking like that. They were instead proud of her for stepping up and taking charge.
Then loved Sid and how he interfered when he saw his mom about to trash talk to DD. He made sure one word did not come out of Simran's mouth. And he looked at her concerned when Nani was saying that DD has been working a lot. Even when DD was saying how things were taken from her, Sid was shown hurt and guilty. Overall, Sid does feel guilty for something his mom did without his knowledge. I do hope he is able to return everything that was once DD's. Sid does barely any talking to any of his other family members. He talks to only Roshni and Beeji.
Roshni, man this girl gave it Simran and her mom. She shut both of them up big time. Simran is dumb. To her SidNi will be divorced, but she is in fact bringing them together instead. Roshni is stubborn. The more Simran taunts her the more adamant she is. Simran saying how bad of a bahu she is, the more adamant Roshni is to prove that she is a good bahu. Which is why she had accepted to join the competition, because Simran had said she would not be able to win. Roshni knows now that Simran is not the saas she once knew and that DD also will not back off. The way she handled both at the same time. Also, she reminded her mom how she treated them before as well. Roshni saying she is the bahu of the house, shows that she is ready to take care of things her way. She even told DD in the start of the episode that she will handle things. And that she will for sure. Roshni will be successful in taking care of things.
Sid knows that his family, mainly the three idiots, including Simran, is not a fan of Roshni. And Sid is confident that his Roshni is able to win the Simran's love back. Which is why I think Sid is not fighting back with his mom as Roshni had done with DD. Sid helps Roshni when he senses she might need it, other than that he stays mum. You can tell Sid hates the taunts his mom gives to DD and the rest of the Patels. But he is letting Roshni handle things now her way. He trusts his Roshni even though she might not trust him. That is the feeling I got. Sid could have handled every situation himself, but he is not. He wants Roshni to do things and be the bahu he knows she is and can be. Also, I feel Roshni is aware that it is her turn to fix things. I think after the convo that Sid and her had after being saved from the reporters, it hit her. That day Sid saved her twice. Once from the reporters and other was from Beeji when she was asked where she went. From there I think slowly Roshni is ready to take control of her position as the Khurana Bahu. Roshni will be dealing with what Sid dealt with before. The only difference is Roshni verbally fought back with DD and Sid is not verbally saying anything to Simran, but he stopped talking to Simran ever since he came back from marrying Roshni again. Roshni is going to handle things her way, the firecracker is back. But this time we see Sid handling the family a different ways.
Hopefully at one point if Simran goes over her limit with Roshni and Sid is aware of it, Sid will do something that no one would have thought. He will protect Roshni at any cost.
Man so many thoughts running through my head...can't wait to see how Roshni and the Patels survive through the loss of food.
