New Delhi: The finalists of the TV talent hunt show Fame Gurukul performed various music and dance feats to enthral the audience at the DLF City Centre Mall, Gurgaon on Sunday.
Held in association with Sony Entertainment Television as part of the ongoing promotion for the show, the event witnessed scintillating performances by the two finalists Qazi Touqueer and Arpita Mukherjee.
The event kickstarted with emcee of the show quizzing the two finalists on their journey so far on the show and also on their plans for the future. Wooing the audience with their interactive songs and dance sequences, the two sang many Bollywood numbers.
The clear crowd-pleaser turned out to be Qazi with the audience going berserk everytime he appeared on the stage. Dressed in a red and black jacket and casual blue jeans, his singing and dancing antics turned the crowd wild.
For performing a romantic song on stage he called upon a girl called Archana from the audience who sportingly matched him with every step of the performance, as the audience cheered on lustily.
With only the last song to go, the Fame Gurukul fever reached a deafening crescendo as the crowd broke into a near stampede situation to capture their favourite television stars in their cameras.
