Mehr: Perception is everything and that's exactly what this discussion is based on, yours and mine perception on the documentary.
Please be better informed about systems in India before you mention cases.😆😆
Mehr: And which exact system are you talking about, law enforcement, the legal and judicial system where 70% runs under corruption. You want to talk about some numbers, more than 3 crore cases are pending through out the country court system. The supreme court alone has about 60,000+ pending cases as of today, and go and compare those states with any other developed country and you will see vas difference. But then this discussion is not about that is it now?
I am glad you used Google to find out about Paul Zadinga but forget to do the complete research that it is a sessions court verdict.. In India it will go to a higher court of law for redress. FYI Indian judiciary doesnot give out death sentences on the drop of a hat like dictatorships do. It gave the Mumbai terrorist a fair trial too .. I hope that gives you a better understanding about democratic processes in India.
Mehr: Again the case of Paul Zadinga will be in pile of those 60000+ pending cases in supreme court, if at all they even, accept his case. For certain cases like rape they should give death sentence to the rapist, then only change in the judicial system and people's mind set will take in strong affect. The system is so liberal and corrupt such cases like Zadinga only gets 10 years and after that he will again roam the streets and terror another innocent child. Why don't you try asking an Indian who has pending case in the court; what's his/her beliefs in the Indian judicial system.
On kuwait .The country allowed it's woman to vote in 2005..It doesnot give women the right to citizenship if it marries a non kuwati.and the testimony of one man is equal to two woman in court.. Do you want to know more about Kuwait's abysmal condition regarding women? So let's not even get into that.To reach where Indian woman have privileges according to the law and constitution Kuwait will have to change it's law by 180 degrees.
Mehr: Weren't you the one who were posting the Kuwait Times and giving it's reference for authenticity. So is your faith in their system just for selective purpose? Regardless the issue here is rape, and it's judgement. Its because of it's harsh death sentence, people will think twice about raping someone.
Yes, the documentary is mentioned as Indias daughter and it creates the unfair perception of India that the national male mindset equivalences men who rape.It doesnot show the entire picture how women in India abuse the rape law. Which is unthinkable in Kuwait by the way.Indian men have been unfairly targeted because of this and therefore the record needs to be set straight.
Mehr: Wow, this is impressive, how did you come up with this conclusion, that women in India abuse rape law and men have been unfairly targeted? So now are you trying to tell me all Indian women are abusive?
As I said you are not in tune with the happenings in India .Let me bring you abreast with it.
Read what Jyoti's male friend had to say about it.

Mehr: That is his choice if he didn't want to be part of the documentary does not make it fake and unjustified. The facts collected and presented are preserved and nothing can change the opinions of the others unless the actual victim was alive to speak on defense.
LOL A non Indian who doesnot have any idea about India is trying to preach about India.😆😆.I am glad you tried reading the post even if you donot understand how things function in India.
Mehr: Haha, and this the exact attitude for which our society looks down on people, the assumption you live under is biased and radical. Go ahead an stop an Indian on the street of Bombay and ask them how many pending cases are in your supreme court as of today? And let me know how many really answer that question correctly. It's not because they can't search up the answer and tell you it;s actually because they don't want to do it or because they don't care enough. So since you do care so much for the Indian men and their image, why don't you do something about their change, maybe start with your own first! 😆
