The serial, of course, has taken a new turn! Unfortunately portraying the young man, who once mooned about his wife, suddenly assuming a macho role which is neither justifiable (given the plot of the serial) nor becoming of an educated, rich gentleman.
Right from the beginning all wrongs are executed by him and his family --- entering into wedlock posing as a proletariat, his mom taking away in the most cruel manner their property and last but not the least his private talk with his sister which Roshni receives in a distorted manner.
There is no question of setting things right at all after destroying her belief and trust in him, instead the serial has resorted to a cheap way of manipulating things by projecting a scenario which highlights on the fact that only by virtue of being a husband, he has the right to mistreat, maltreat and manhandle a woman. In reality, Siddarth would have now been in jail.
Hopeless and horrible serial. š²
