They didn't say it was legal. Obviously Ishita will fight for Ruhi.. and in court this contract will become void. I think Raman went out of court because he just wanted Adi with him asap and settlement was easy clean way of doing it. But Ishita is right... Raman will be paying for hiding things from her.

I think this track will further help Raman and Ishita to stop hiding things from each other in the pretext of "not wanting the other to worry". Raman should have known Shagun was not capable of conceding defeat.

CVs amnesia gives them the freedom to write disjointed tracks.

Surprising that not one of the adults seems to remember that Ishita was awarded permanent and full custody by the judge after Raman plead the case given Shagun's love for creating drama.

Will the truth about Shagun's lies to get custody of Adi when he was a kid be revealed?

He! He! Creatives just come to the sets in sleepy, drunk un state without remembering what they showed a week ago. They forgot sweetie. No revision or going through previous episodes for them. They are getting their green bucks so... Write nonsense see and we watch.

If CVs are not taking creative liberty then ... I can say they are not in a condition to think straight as soon as they hold their thoughts they will use that and get custody of Ruhi, Adi and no extra alimony. What will she do ... Just again spill poison in Adi's mind now that would be interesting to know how Adi will react.

Exactly my point how can raman just sign and give ruhi's custody to shagun as the whole solely the judge gave custody to mrs ishita bhalla so why is she crying its really heart touching scene but why she has the custody no one can just give it to other without her consent really its not making any sense cvs are forgetting there own statements of previous episodes

I think that CV's not forget but for the drama sake their doing this...

In this case for raman sake i think ishita agree to send Ruhi otherwise raman might go to jail(in precap shagun blackmailed everyone by saying that only)...
