How can Raman sign it off when the custody was granted to Ishita legally. Makes no sense.

I agree... Ishita holds Ruhi's permanent custody.

Raman cannot sign it.

True, in legal term the clause of Ruhi custody become void as Raman not having custody of Ruhi, as Ishiita is her legal gurdian. Raman can not give custody of Ruhi to Shagun.

The clause of Aditya custody to Raman is voidable, Shagun may perform may not perform, it depends on Shagun.

First of all, why did Raman even go for out of court settlement? We all know Shagun would have lost the case with no job, no rich boyfriend and no house to keep Adi.

I agree...may be this point will come up in court and shaguniya would lose...they are all tensed that's y no ones thinking about what judgment was given to ruhis custody...that's my POV
