From what I remember:
1. Ruhi custody was given to Ishita (joint with Raman) and
2. Adi custody was given to Ashok (joint with Shagun)
In Adi's case - Ashok released the custody papers to Raman in his earlier deal.
Only Shagun had to sign the deal to complete it - which was supposed to be completed through the 4 lakh / month clause
Now in Ruhi's case - even if as Shagun claims that Raman signed the documents... but still the deal will be completed only after Ishita also jointly signs the same.
So how is this valid?!
And a BIG Corporate Bomb like Raman Bhalla (that they initially portrayed him to be)... he did not read the documents before signing (knowing how crooked his ex-wife is)...
