Well the documentary about Amer shows that there is a sheesh Mahal( a room full of mirrors) in Amer same like the one in MEA and if you light a candle then thousands of beautiful reflections are seen.

This post is about an edict(Imperial Order/Farman) issued by Mariam-Uz-Zamani(MUZ) Begum. It happens to be one of the most awaited posts, for which many of you have sent enough messages.. Sorry for the delay, but this post is worth it's wait.Sharing the details of a hukm or edict issued by this remarkable lady with you. It was fascinating to see how involved she was in such a routine court matter as the embezzlement of the assets of a court employee by a Zamindar. This is an example of how she was involved in resolving the civil disputes among the masses through her edicts.

Before we start, let me tell the brief contents of this post. The Imperial Order/Farman of MUZ is discussed at the end of the post, and before that, various terminologies related to Imperial Mughal Farmans have been discussed. This post contains the Original Persian Scan of that Farman, along with some scans from the Indian Historical Records Commission Meeting,1926 at Lahore ; which describe the title of "Wali Nimat" conferred on Mariam-Uz-Zamani Begum. Wali Nimat means "Gift of God/Saint".

See once I read on someone else's thread that Akbar didnot allow Daniyal to marry widow but Salim helped him ,how come Akbar didnot allow Daniyal for it ? Even Akbar also married a widow ,Salimaa?

It is a Completely wrong story Rashmi. :))

There are so many tales circulating.
Even i read that thing but i chose to remain mum and did not comment that time at that place..
Because one can correct someone once, not again and again.

It was mentioned 'there' , that Akbar and Daniyal FOUGHT over this issue because Daniyal wanted to marry that widow girl and Akbar stopped him. ROFL.

But, In fact, Akbar and Daniyal wanted to stop a girl from commiting Sati.. and Akbar had sent Danial to somehow save that widow girl from doing Sati.!

There was no fight of Akbar and Danial.! :))

You are Right Rashmi. i two time visted, Amer fort, first time they showed, sheesh mahal, lighting with candle. they close door, bur.ns candle, lot of mirrors. Payar liya to o darna kya shoot there.

But second time, govt, banned, showing lighting through candles. cause of heat, again again,

mirrors, some spoiling., mirrors not sparks because, cause of heat, dust, freezed. but we can see only, candle lights, now they close door, little open, people were tring, through mobile lights, i think 15 person one time enter that room.

or says, see atonce, means, fatfat dekh loo.😆, but these days what happening, not knows.😕
