And the makers, who were struggling to cast the grown-up Naksh, the 20-year-old son of Akshara (Hina Khan) and Naitik (Karan Mehra), have finalised Rohan Mehra for the part. He will take over from child artiste Shivansh Kotia.
The team will shoot the post-leap portions in South Africa. Rohan was seen in TV show Bade Achhe Laggte Hain as Varun opposite Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar's onscreen daughter, Pihu. Producer Rajan Shahi confirmed the news.

Well firstly in my view..he is a perfect choice for grown up Naksh ! the features n all are very much similar to small duggu👏Must say casting people have done a great job👏He has got Perfect looks !

Secondly...Shivvvuuu..😭😔Ohh gosh he will be leaving soon..It will take time to digest up these things ! But We'll surely watch the episodes and then react ! but shivuuu will miss him like hell :((

when i came back from college..it was a shock..😲.the first thing that came to my mind was..shivansh my superboy.😭😭.but yeah this one looks promising..lets see..but its gonna take time to accept this change..😊 and his looks are perfectly matching our shivu's😳
