Sanjay Dutt's release from Yerwada Jaiil has been delayed further. The bail order copy from Supreme Court has not yet been delivered to Dutt family when latest reports were in.
Dutt's lawyers were still in Supreme Court willing to finish the legalities as soon as possible. Krishna Hegde, Priya Dutt's secretary told us, "We really can't confirm Sanju's release from Yerawada Jail. The topmost priority is to finish off the legal formalities as every passing day is crucial."

In the mean time, Priya is in contact with the family and Dutt's friends from Delhi keeping them up-to-date about the latest developments in the matter.
It was assumed that if the copy had reached the lawyers by 12 noon today (Tuesday) Dutt would have been released by evening.
Fans all over are looking forward to welcome back their beloved star. Big hoardings have been put up outside his residence in Palli Hill, Mumbai awaiting Dutt's homecoming.
Hegde adds, "The family and friends of Sanju want him back. As soon the he is released we will decide by which route Dutt will be brought back to Mumbai."
When he was being taken to the Yerawada Jail in Pune, fans from Mumbai and Pune came out in big numbers in support of Dutt. Police even had to resort to lathi charge to disperse the crowd.
Says Hegde, "Dutt's family will not take any chance this time of a mob gathering anywhere near Dutt. We will try to take the shorter route, one which will be relatively crowd free."
