'I do not exercise at all'

CELEB DTIET

Height:

5 ft and 4.5 inches

Weight

54 kilos

Breakfast

I usually have sprouts' salad and

an egg omelette. My breakfast is

quite simple.

Lunch

I usually have home made food like

chapattis, one vegetable and either

a chicken or a fish dish. I don't like

rice and hence I don't eat it.

Mid-meal

It varies. Sometimes I just have a

fruit and sometimes fruit juice. If I

am very hungry I have a dosa or a

sandwich.

Dinner

Dinner is a simple affair. Roti and

sabzi is all I have. I am very fond of

green vegetables like spinach and

bitter gourd and hence most of my

sabzis are made of green vegetables.

Exercise:

I do not exercise at all. I probably

will hit the gym only when

I will put on weight but I do

not have the tendency to put

on weight and hence i take

things lightly.

Allergic to:

I am not allergic

to anything at

all.

Breakfast:

Sprouts and egg are both high

source of protein. Try to have just

one protein at a time.

Lunch

Start your lunch with by having a

salad and do not forget to add

lots of lemon to it. Move on to

your lunch thereafter. Have either

dal or chicken or fish. Never

all together.

Mid-meal

Have a fruit. After about thirty

minutes eat nuts like almonds,

walnuts, cashews, pistachios and

a few seeds (sunflower, sesame).

Avoid sandwich and dosa.

Dinner

Have a sald fifteen minutes before

you begin your dinner. Add variety

to your roti by using jowar, bajra,

nachni and maize flour.

Exercise

It is important to exercise for at

least thirty minutes everyday. Not

just to lose weight but also to improve

increase stamina, enhance

blood circulation and stay fit.

Along with a right diet, it is equally

important to exercise. A short

walk, swim etc will do good. Yoga

and meditation will help you destress.

Thanks for the article. Juhiji bhi gym nahi jaati main bhi nahi jaati aur main bhi kabhi bhi excercise nahi karti. Kyonki zaroorat hi nahi hoti, main bahot hi patli hoon, main 18 years ki hoon magar mera weight sirf 31 kilo hi hai.

well its great that shes been able to maintain herself.......but my personal belief is everyone should go to the gym or exercise for that matter because just because you are skinny persay or you dont weigh that much, it doesnt mean you are healthy......and you can never be too healthy........i would strongly urge everyone to exercise because as they say, health is your only wealth......and you dont want to wait until you start putting on weight to finally open your eyes and see that hey, maybe i should start exercising.......and then by that tyme, you look towards dieting which for many people means starving yourself.......you have to begin to eat healthy and exercise NOW.......why wait until later?.......its better you have no regrets.......in the end, itll just make you feel better about yourself........not to mention it really helps to let out all the stress.....for most people going out to exercise the hardest part but once you get going, its fine.....and when you're done, you feel SO good!......so i encourage all to start now......and one thing, if you exercise, you also have to make sure that you are also eating right and filling yourself up.......both go hand in hand........well enough of my health lecture.....i hope those that dont exercise decide to exercise becuase it only benefits YOU..........naina 😊

juhi i remember once she sd tat she really luvs to dance n its dance tat keeps her fit n on toes,due to which she normally dosnt hit d gym..
