In todays episode when kalindi remembers aastha celebrating her birthday it was not her birthday, if we all remember when aastha got her first job all her family and friend gauri decorated the house and gifted her presents for her first day at work like a dairy, bag, pen new dress and watch by her dad it was not her birthday at all but just in celebration of her getting the job.
