You don't need to balance a champagne bottle on Kim Kardashian's butt to break the Internet; these days anything can go viral, like swine flu in a Mumbai local train. A few days ago, a Buzzfeed post about a dress (#TheDress) divided the entire world as everyone argued whether it was white and gold or black and blue!
The debate raged on everywhere and launched a thousand memes and people actually left their regular debates like NaMo vs Kejri, RSS vs Mother Teresa and MSG vs Logic to weigh in. Some idiot even got a tattoo of the dress on his leg, which was dubbed (correctly in our opinion) as the worst tattoo of all time' by Ladbible.com.
Of course, like the Ice Bucket Challenge - which had no relevance here - our desi celebrities had to ape their western counterparts. Here's how they weighed in on the blue and black vs white and gold debate!
Aamir Khan: I don't like the dress. It looks pretty violent. As an artist, I can't condone it.
Shah Rukh Khan: No one is forcing that dress down your throat!
Salman Khan: Being Human has that dress.
Subramanian Swamy: This dress was obviously made by an ancient Hindu to show our ability to create optical illusions.
Mohan Bhagwat: This dress is obviously saffron and white.
Ranveer Singh: Why is there no girl in the dress?
MSG fans: Ban dress, watch MSG!
Arnab Goswami: The nation wants to know why our dresses don't go viral!
Kiran Bedi: I can't be blamed for the colour of the dress.
Ashoke Pandit: Why doesn't Karan Johar show his mother's dress?
ISIS: Behead the maker of the dress, it's against Islam.
Sakshi Maharaj: Every Hindu should make four dresses.
Arvind Kejriwal: Free dresses for everyone!
Rahul Gandhi: This dress is against women's empowerment.
Narendra Modi: I can't see my name on the dress.
Sadhvi Prachi: Indians shouldn't wear this dress. It's a symbol of Love Jihad!
