I am not sure if you understand the concept of the artificial heart.. Aritificial Hearts are only used as temporary agents until a real heart is available for transplant.. A brain with its infinite intricacies is not likely to be artifically made in the near far future..

This simply suggests that we are holding on to false hope at the expense of others
