No matter how clean hearted they are the situation is quite abnormal but in show Anandi and Ganga are beyond normal people.

It may be abnormal from the perspective of the society but Anandi and Ganga should decide based on their won comfort levels with each and the situation they find themelves in.
If they are not comfortable they should put an end to this situation if they know what they are doing and if they think what the world will say about the situation will not affect them because they know wtah the truth is then it's fine.

Ultimately they should accept or reject this situation based on their own perception and not because of what world or society say.
