This is my guess on Dadi's secret, and I think it's gonna be true:

Someone told her, maybe at Vihaan's birth, that he will die if he has arranged marriage and family will fall apart. So Vihann will have to tell her that it is not an arranged marriage, that it is love marriage. Then all the mom's will now be against wedding, and Dadi will want the wedding.

No I dnt think so.. Ever since the start of this rishta, she has been fretting out.. The other rishtas that have come for Vihaan hav also been arranged. Dr. Devika was liked by all the six mommies.. Dadima wasn't fretting out then.. There is something more to it than wht meets the eye.

dnt know what hapoened to this rishta only and when first time ladki aayi thi vatsal villa mein toh dadi was normal bt now dnt know what is the secrete.
