Shah Rukh Khan had promised good friend Farah Khan that if he ever dares to go bare-chested on screen, it would be for her. He has now fulfilled his promise. Shah Rukh, who has been weight training for the last three months, has just recorded a song, bare-chested for Farah's 'Om Shanti Om'.

This is the first time in his career that the actor, who is now in his forties, has shed his clothes for the screen. Erstwhile, this kind of an act was something that was expected of a Salman Khan or Hrithik Roshan among others.

Farah had consciously kept the song for the end so that SRK had enough time to prepare for it. The rest of the film has already been shot. When this song was being shot, there were many who flocked to Yashraj Studios to get a glimpse of SRK's rippling muscles and the six-pack washboard abs of the actor. The item song, was picturised just on him. There is nobody else in this song, just SRK and his new-found body. So, can we say, move over Salman, here comes SRK?
