Live Written Update of Ravan Aug. 17

So here is what happened in today's episode...sorry if i miss some things, this is the first time im writing an update...

It begins with Ravan's mom coming to him and asking him whether he is going to marry someone else. Ravan asks his mom whether she thinks that he would hurt mandodari like that. His mom then says something to the extent that Mandodari was worried, and why dont u tell her this ureself. Ravan then says that he does not have time to dwell in such things.

Next we see one of Ravan's uncles telling him that the giirl who wants to marry ravan is in one of the palace room. Ravan goes there and tells all the other servents to leave him and this girl alone. The girl (sorry, dont remember her name) tells Ravan that she has always wanted to marry him. Then Ravan asks her, that if he marrys her, and then another marriage proposal comes to him, would she let him marry again; to which the girl replies no. Ravan then tells her, well, why dont you realize that im already married. The girl says, I just cannot face the truth. Ravan then tells her that she is from a strong family, so she has to be a strong girl. Ravan then tells her she will certainly be a daughter-in-law of the Demon clan, but she will marry Vibhisan, not him.

Then we see the marriage between Vibishan and that girl.

The scene then changes to Ravan going into Madodari's room. Mandodari is crying, and Ravan asks her what is the matter. She keeps crying, and he tells her he understands that they have not spent time together, and he promises they will take a vacation together...

Ravan is then in the court and tells everyone he is going to take a vacation and until he returns, Vibhisan is incharge of everything...

Then, we see Ravan and Mandodari flying in an aircraft and enjoying the different sites of the world. All of a sudden, they come across a mountain that does not let them cross. So Ravan decides to uproot the mountain. (of course this is Mount Kailash). We then see Ravan putting all his efforts into lifting this mountain. We then see Shiva and Parvathi in the mountain, and Parvathi asks Shiva to stop Ravan from lifting the mountain. Shiva tells Nandi to go tell Ravan to stop. When Nandi tells Ravan that he is trying to uproot Kailash and Shiva has ordered him to stop, Ravan states that he cant since he has promised his wife that he would uproot this mountain. Parvathi continues to tell Shiva to stop this, and Shiva presses his little toe against the floor, and the mountain falls on Ravan, whose hands are trapped under the mountain. Ravan starts to scream extremely loudly. Mandodari is trying to help him get out from under the mountain, but in vain. RAvan keeps screaming, and Parvathi, Nandi and all of Shiva's other worshipers are unable to take the sound. Parvathi asks Shiva to forgive Ravan, but Shiva keeps smiling. Finally, Nandi runs back to Ravan and asks him to stop screaming. Ravan asks Nandi to help him, to which Nandi says that you cannot lift the mountain cause Shiva's toe is holding the mountain down, and no strenght in the universe can move the mountain but Shiva. Nandi tells Ravan that he can only be saved now by doing some penence to Shiva. Ravan immediatly composes the Shiva Tandav Stotra, and Shiva and Parvathi become extremely pleased. When Ravan finishes the mantra, Shiva and Parvathi come down the mountain and release Ravan from under the mountain. Both Mandodari and Ravan pray to Shiva and Parvathi. Shiva gives Ravan the Chandrahaas (moonblade) and tells him that this weapon will always eliminate his enimies, but the weapon should never touch the ground. Shiva also tells "Dhashanan" that from this day forward, his name would be Dashgriv Ravan since his scream shook all three worlds.

We then see Ravan back at Lanka and he tells everyone that the god for Lanka is Shiva.

Then we see Ravan and Mandodari together, laughing together, and she is trying to tell Ravan something, but keeps on laughing. It is a cute scene with Ravan tickling Mandodari, asking her to tell him why she is laughing. Finally she tells him that he is going to be a father, and she is pregnant. She hugs Ravan, but Ravan's face is in shock as he remembers the prediction that his first child will be his demise.

Overall, I thought this was a very good episode...let me know what you all think. Hope you all liked the update...
