they had their lunch together in yash's cabin but almost silently. Confussion is about what to talk and how.? Finally yash spoke, "you at least can stay in touch with mansi, she really cared for you and she tried to find you also, but no one knew much information about you."
Its true that mansi tried to find aarti but that only for yash. She knew what her best friend want and she knew this also he will never say what in his heart.
aarti felt bad, she really had good friends but may be she couldnt think them as that much close friend then, its her fault also, "i am sorry, i also didnt know much about her or anyone else, and Somehow i didnt want to come back to delhi, to some memories",, She lost in her words.
yash: Why? About what you are talking?
aarti understand she is going to blutter out something,"nothing like that, i mean life become little critical, we had to struggle for my study, family and then career so in all these become busy."
yash: Yeah, i understand. And how you here now? When you returned?
aarti: Recently, when i got appointment letter and they asked to join me here in this branch. I needed this job as maa getting older, i wanted her to stop working.
It feels good to share own things with a friend. But after these many years its difficult to start any topic or talk so freely, but aarti wondered how she could say all these to yash all of sudden. They never talked about their things, suddenly she remember the last time she was with yash. And then fellt only yash is asking about her, which is also new to her. She remember, they talked like this only two times, and now yash only asking her, she also should ask, "by the way how is mansi? Its long time to meet her also."
yash: She is in jaipur, right now she is out of india with her husband."
"wow, she get married? Nice to know that."
yash smiled,"yes, i told her about you, she even called me at morning, if she can then just fly here now leaving her honeymoon. But i strictly warned. And dont worry, she will be here soon to meet you.
aarti could see the sparkle in his eyes, "you changed a lot yash.", Aarti said.
Yash: Really? And how did you find out my changes?
aarti: I didnt see you talking like this before, specially with this much happiness.
yash couldnt say why this much happiness? What is the reason, even he also have doubt in it. At that moment aman come to the cabin. At first he couldnt understand whats the matter then noticed their plates front of them, and mostly why aarti there? He was confused. It was not looking like their work purpose. They having lunch together? It is quite surprising as aarti just joined office previous day and yash also not that type of person who mingle so easily. He just sai, "are you still having lunch? Lunch time is over my friend, half an hour back.."
in their talks they didnt notice the time. Aarti felt embarassed, she get up immediatey, "i am sorry sir, i didnt notice the time," She was about to leave when yash stopped her, "aarti, wait a minute."
"yash, is everything all right?", Aman had a teasing tone.
"yes aman, everything is more than all right, i just want you to meet aarti."
aman: I dont have amensia yash, if i am not wrong just yesterday i came here with her to introduce with you but you were too busy. So i already know her."
yash: Not like that, i know you know her but you dont know that it is the same aarti, she was in my college, you remember i told you.
aman really become so surprised, "oh my, really? It is the same aarti? ",he was going to say some more things but as yash signaled him to stop."
aarti left after some formal talking and aman almost attacked yash, "so? Aap toh chhupe rustam nikle, lunch date in closed cabin!! Achcha hai, no one around to see or disturb the privacy."
yash couldnt stop to blush but said," dont be mad aman, nothing like that. She is new in office, dont know anyone. And i wanted to know where she was till now and how is everything in her life, after all we are friends."
aman: Oh hello, wo kabse hua? Mansi said me you didnt even talk to her properly in college, so from when you think her as friend?
"aman please stop your stupid talks like mansi. Mansi gayi but aman chhod gayi.", Yash sounds irritated.
but how aman can leave the topic so easily?,"from last two days You are finding her like crazy and still you will say that you dont have any feelings for her?"
yash took a deep breath, "i dont want to deny aman but we met after years. As you know we were not even friends in college. Let me cheerish the moment which i had with her. I want to know still she remember all those or not. I dont know what she felt then and now, let me build the friendship bond. And its a long gap, many things would be changed. I want to be good friend of her this time"
aman placed his hand on his shoulder, "thats my friend, by the way you will have enough time together now, all the best", he winked.
COLLEGE.
Aarti entered in canteen and looked for a empty table and her eyes fall on yash.. "is it my eyes fault that it always find him or its his fault that he always reach there where i am?" She thought angrily. She complaint to god that why always she land up around him. She wanted to leave but she wanted to stay there also and she was hungry. Aarti went to another table but made sure that yash could see her.
all friends of their group talked with aarti. Mansi introduce her with everyone. But this boy only said hi.. Nothing else have to say? He didnt even try to talk furter, "itna attitude?huh."
aarti was waiting for her snacks but in between kept looking at yash if he also look back, then she become irritated on herself, "aarti, you are too much. Concentrate, but not there." But at the same time mansi came there and joined yash. Aarti wanted to talk to mansi but didnt want to go near yash. Her one part of mind asking her to go and talk but her ego saying to avoid him, why she will go? Cant he talk to her at least once when his friends talk. Is he a celebrity? He decided she wont talk to mansi now but her bad luck or it can called good luck also that mansi saw her
mansi got chance to bring these two people closer. She asked aarti to join them, she didnt agree at first but mansi knew that there is some weakness in aarti for yash
mansi: aarti, why are you alone here?
aarti: Didnt get anyone for company and i was hungry so come alone.
mansi: Thats ok but here you can get company, come here.
aarti understood now no chance to escape, "no mansi, i am ok here."
"you are ok but i am not, how can i leave my friend alone?" she almost dragged aarti to their table.
yash himself dont know what happened to him. He feels strange when aarti around. Its not like that he dont want to talk with her but he cant. Sometimes he feels if he will go to talk to her then mansi and his other friend can anything else also when there nothing like that but he cant deny that aarti is different and he feel nice for her. when she come to canteen he wanted to talk with her but again he don't know what stop him..
aarti was sitting just opposite to yash around the same table but he didn't look at her, it was mansi who kept talking and aarti gave her company. Aarti become irritated when looked at yash, "am I that much bad in look that he cant even look at me?" she said in her mind and then again concentrate with mansi which quite difficult.
Mansi: we just come here for one cup of tea but why you hungry at just starting of college time? You didn't take your breakfast?
Asarti: I don't take breakfast usually. It is time waste also..
Yash was listing their conversation and he heard aarti's answer also. He was indeed surprised with her answer. "eating is waste of time? Really? People work for food and for you its time waste?" yash asked with surprise..
Aarti and mansi both liked at him with open mouth, it was surprising for them also that yash is finally talking with aarti..aarti was shocked but its also true that she was happy in heart. She understood her expression must be funny so closed her mouth, "I know that. And I don't waste food, its just like don't get time before coming to college.."
"better you get up early and take some food before coming to college.." he almost ordered..
Aarti just nodded her head, "ok.."
After saying all these yash felt he shouldn't say like that. He was thinking that should say sorry or not then mansi said," I have to mark today's date on calendar.."
Yash: why?
Mansi: you really don't know why?
Yash understood what she ment, "shup up mansi.. and I am sorry aarti, I didn't mean to say like that, please don't mind.."
Aarti may be still was in state of shock so she just said, "its ok.."
And mansi completed her sentence, "its ok yash, she didn't mind anything. Even she cant mind anything, isn't it aarti" she teased aarti which made aarti's face red..
For saving aarti from embarrassment yash started scold mansi, "mansi, cant you stop your mouth for sometime? And save us from this sound pollution, don't eat our head please.."
mansi: about this sound pollution I cant help but about eating head my boyfriend didn't come today do I don't have any other head, so you have to bear this..
aarti was listing their werid talking, she tried hard to control but at last blast in laughter, "you both are mad, seriously.." and yash also start laughing when understood they really was talking funny..
mansi looked at both and smiled, "chalo, kuchh toh progress hua.."
