She wiped her tears...and turned around...
And walked away from her dream for the last time...

And he didn't follow...
She woke up as she got that dream again... she never wanted anything from swayam in return... Her love was enough for her to live her life happily... she had an awesome life... a life filled with friends , family , money , fame and happiness... She was happy being swayam's friend... she needed nothing more than that...
Walking out of the bed in the middle of the night she went to the kitchen pulling up her hair in a bun...she took a bottle from the fridge and finished half of it in one go and kept it inside...
She before retiring to her room peeped into her sister's room to find it empty... she guessed she had not returned from shoot yet... Her sister taani was a great dancer and was working in a TV show as the lead actress... She herself was a great dancer but acting was not her cup of tea... She had given audition with her sister for the same show and was even roped for it but she decided against it... Journalism was her dream and Sharon rai prakash would compromise everything but her dream... taani , she , swayam and nil has grown up in delhi and came to Mumbai for higher education... four of them has always been passionate about dance and after college taani , swayam and nil were on screen in the same show , ruling the heart of million youths of the country while Sharon preferred it behind the camera... She worked in the production house as the head of the marketing team and as a reporter... she loved her life that way...
She didn't know when among all these things she had fallen for swayam , her best buddy... but things are different now... He is a celeb and she is ... well a , no one...
Her reverie was broken with the land line phone ringing...
She glanced at the watch to see the it was eleven twenty at night... and the immediate thought that came to her was how could she sleep so early...
"ab kaun hai?? Land line pe???" she picked up the phone...
"mobile kaha hai tera kitni baar call kiya..." She immediately recognized his voice...its Nikhil... The executive producer...
"kamre mein hoga...silent...bol kya baat hai..." She said...
"array...kal jo ayan aur khushi ka naya promo on air jayega uski clip mein problem ho gaya..." Nikhil sounded tensed... ayan and khushi were the characters of the show played by taani and rey...
"WHAT???? Pls yaar... heart attack met dilwa..." She almost felt she would faint any moment... It was the confession of ayan and taani on show and people out there were almost sitting on their head demanding a promo... she had prepared an interview of her sister with rey to upload it with the promo on social network but here Nikhil was ready to kill her...
"mujhe khud heart attack aa gaya... Tu aja baas... Tension k mare mai pagal ho jaunga...ashish sir ko bataya nahi maine abhi tak" He sounded tensed...ashish sir was their director...
She immediately grabbed the keys and headed for the sets... She entered the set and saw a scene of swayam and simmi were going on... swayam and simmi as in the other heartthrob couple armaan and anjali ... she couldn't control her smile watching them...
The scene was pretty close one and as usual both swayam and simmi ended up laughing and this was probably their seventh NG shot...
She immediately went inside the production room to meet Nikhil...
"kya yaar... kya bol raha that u..." she kept her bag and sat in front of the laptop...
"figure it out... I'll be back..." Nikhil went out... Sharon took her time to watch the entire promo and the interview again... the clip was perfectly fine...
"Nikhil ka baacha... aaj to he is dead... Beech raat ko prank kiya... Heart attack aa jata to????" she muttered and dashed outside to give Nikhil a piece of mind... she went out and asked a light man...
"vikram dada... Nikhil kaha hai..." she asked him...
"terrace..." He replied...
She rushed upstairs and as soon as she opened the door she got another heart attack...
"HAAPPPYYY BIRTHDAY..." the entire cast shouted...
As an instinct she looked at her watch to find it was exactly twelve... she smiled... People here was mad...
She came inside as the entire cast circled her singing happy birthday'... She smiled at each one of them cut the cake... she fed cake to each one of them...
It was almost 1:30 at night when their party got over...
"thanks...sab ko...mujhe itna special feel karwane k liye..." She smiled warmly at her...
"haa haaa thik hai... Natak mat kar..." simmi came and hugged her... they were one happy family...
"taani...ghar ayegi kya ab???" she looked at taani and asked...
"nahi... ek shot baki hai... Tu gari chor ke chali ja..." Taani replied...
"to mai kya dour ke ghar jaun???" Sharon asked...
"mai chor dunga...chal..." swayam came and offered...
"tera khatam???" she asked...
"haaa... finally..." He yawned visibly tired...
"haa...so jaa... aur kal agar dialogues vul gaya na to thappar mar dungi...iske vaja se aaj mujhe ek hi scene pata nahi kitni baar karna para..." Simmi complained...
"haa haaa... bare aye madhuri dixit...har shot tu perfect deta hai kya????" swayam cracked...
"shut up you two!!!!!!!" Sharon said walking out of the set with swayam following her...
As swayam stopped the car outside the building Sharon looked at him and smiled...
"chal bi..kal milte hai... tera aur simmi ka interview leni hai..."
"hmmm..." he yawned...
"swayam...drive mat kar...tu andar aja...yahi so ja..." Sharon offered seeing him sleepy...
He didn't argue much and went behind her... as soon as she turned the keys and entered the flat she got a heart attack for the third time that night...
The entire lounge was decorated with balloons and candles... With a cake on the centre table... She wondered who could have done that... She looked at swayam and saw him smiling sheepishly...
"don't tell me ye tune kiya..." she didn't know what to say...
On getting no reply she understood it was him...
"par kab??? Tu to set pe tha na????"
"wo nil ne kiya... tere ghar se jane ke baad nil ake kiya and later joined us for the party... common... itna to kar hi sakta hoon... apne best friend ke liye..." He gave a broad grin...
"thanks...matlab taani ka car rakhne bolna...was planned so you can drop me... n tera niche yawn karna bhi ... so that I ask you to sleep here...i must say accha actor ban gaya tu...that reminds me... Kal shoot ke baad tujhe aur simmi ko rukna parega for an interview..." She said...
"mai deaf nahi hoon... ruk jaunga..." He mocked... " ab cake kat..." Sharon blew the candle and cut the cake for the second time that night... They fed each other...
"ab ankh band kar..." He demanded...
"kyun????" she immediately frowned...
"surprise k liye...please..." he requested this time...and she did close her eyes...
After some seconds he heard his voice again " ab khol..." She opened her eyes to sit swayam sitting on the floor on both of his knees...
She felt a rush of adrenaline expecting the unexpected for the first time his again...
"sharon... I don't know what to say... all I know is you have been my friend since forever... but mai tera friend se jyaada kuch baana chahta hoon... Chahta hoon ki hum life ka har second share kare... Har moment saath mein bitaye... K har sham hum saath mein ghar aye... Har coffee... har dance ... Har emotion... Har fight share kare... mujhe pata hai you love me too... And I really wish tu mujhe apna le... do the honour of making me a small part of your life..."
Sharon was standing there numb looking at his eyes with tears streaming down his cheeks... The dream which was beyond her reach was now kissing her feet...
"and Sharon... I was not ready for this Niagara falls..." She chuckled looking at her tears... and Sharon smiled amongst her tears hearing him...
"aab jaldi se kuch bol..." swayam asked...
"kya bolun???" she asked sounding stupid...
"something like I love you..." swayam suggested...without thinking she repeated.. "I love you..." And then she realized what had she said... she got angry...
"what the hell... you made me confess... tune to bola nahi I love you..." She screamed...
"to abhi tak mai Chinese bol raha tha???itna kuch bol diya so ts obvious that I DO love you..." he replied... Sharo blushed...
Sharon and swayam had fallen asleep sitting on the couch on each others shoulder...
She wiped her tears...and turned around...
And walked away from her dream for the last time...
From him...
And he didn't follow...
Instead he felt him entwine his fingers with her...
And he walked along with her to their future...
This time Sharon didn't wake up...
