Why do I get the feeling that Kavita is the girl Varad was in love with but Niranjan didn't want them together so he did something to split them up, for which Badi Ma is taking revenge.

Kavita is Niranjan's first wife...story may go something like this...Thakur Ma was controlling and Kavita was under her influence and did not listen to Niranjan so he left her and married Anjali and started controlling her. Cvs are trying to redeem Niranjan.
