I'm back. I'm back. I'm back. *to the tune of I Am The Best*
It's that time of year again! It's time to unveil the Forum Awards for the forum! And just like last year you're about to become hairan pareshan with the categories I've brought for you. Because like last year, instead of our regular categories, we're going to have some hatke, some weird, some completely crazy award categories this time!
Oh and of course like always I'll be hosting the award ceremony once again. So get ready for some more craziness.
A few quick rules:
All nominations are to be sent to me (KhotaSikaShreya) in PM only. PMs should be titled CID Forum Awards. PMs with any other titles will not be read or counted. Nomination maximums are as follows:
Character Awards - 3 people
Member Awards - 2 people or 2 jodis
Creative Awards - 3 people
Veerta Awards - 1 personPlease only nominate one person a maximum of 4 times for each category award. Anymore and the votes will not be counted. You don't need to nominate someone for each award. If you can't think of anyone for an award simply leave it blank. You can nominate yourself for a maximum of 2 awards per category. Anymore and the votes will not be counted (and this means all your nominations). Nominations can only be sent once. If you resend them none of your nominations will count. You have until March 16th 11:59 PM to send me your nominations. This thread is open for general discussions, joking, fake nominations, pulling others' legs, teasing, chatting, and all the crazy stuff we CIDians do. You can also ask all your questions here. Only PM if the question is something that is very private and can't be asked in the thread. Over the past year I have attempted to maintain an Active Members List. If your name is missing or you know of someone whose name is missing please do let me know.
CHARACTER AWARDS
- BP Singh of the Forum: The WU writer who can always make you love an episode no matter how bad it is.
- DCP Chitrole of the Forum: The forum member who comes once in a while and makes you hairan pareshan with his/her baatein.
- ACP Pradyuman of the Forum: The forum member who is always there for helping others and who can make anyone feel welcome at times and bothered at others.
- Abhijeet of the Forum: The forum member who has a sharp eye and can pull out mistakes in episodes and what people write and everything really.
- Daya of the Forum: The forum member who is a true friend and will do anything for their friends.
- Freddy of the Forum: The forum member who always makes you laugh but without whom you cannot imagine the forum.
- Sachin of the Forum: The forum member who is a critical part of the CID forum and who is quite important in the forum without anyone ever realizing it.
- Kavin-Dushayant of the Forum: This or these forum members came and made themselves a big part of the forum and they will always stay like that.
- Forensic Analyst: The forum member who analyzes each episode under a microscope.
- Purvi of the Forum: The forum member who bravely takes on issues head-on and isn't scared of putting their point forward.
- Nikhil of the Forum: An ardent Daya sir lover.
- Pankaj of the Forum: The resident forum clown.
- Shreya of the Forum: The forum member who may appear like they sit back and let others do the talking, but when they have something to say they "spring" forward.
- Jaywanti of the Forum: Another ardent Daya sir lover and yet also a bit weird.
MEMBER AWARDS
- Dosti Rahe Salamat Hamara: No matter what happens these 2 people will never break their friendship and thus this title matches them well.
- Kuch Khatti, Kuch Meethi: This person's mood changes based on the episodes and the people in the forum.
- I Love To Hate You Award: They are like ACP Pradyuman and Dr. Salunkhe. Sometimes they fight and sometimes they are best of friends.
- I Hate Luv Stories: The trend continues as this person keeps getting more and more angry with the love stories of CID.
- Nakul Returns: Just like he returned in CID, this is for that forum member who has suddenly returned after a while.
- The YSPT and OTT Band Bajaor: Just like the episodes don't make sense this name doesn't make sense, but this person is someone who can make any YSPT or OTT episode much better.
- Promoting Lover: This person seems to appear as much as movie promotions appear in CID, which nowadays is pretty much once every 2 weeks.
- Broken Clock: For this person there is no day and no night. You can find this person on IF at any time.
- Devil's Advocate: This person loves to always look at things in the opposite way that everyone is looking at. So if you say it's day, this person says it's night.
- Old Habits Die Hard: For this person CID is like an old habit that dies hard so it doesn't matter what type of episode it is you can always expect a review from this person.
- Meethi Mirch: This person is frank and critical, but also sweet and caring. You don't want to get on the wrong side of this person though because she can almost make you cry.
- The CID Encyclopedia: Have a question? Ask this person. He/she is bound to have the answer.
- Main Toh Superman: This person can be multiple places at the same time. You look anywhere on the forum and you're bound to find this person there.
- Lamppost Turned Hero: This person came into the forum as someone who no one knew, but is a major part of the forum now.
- CID Goes International: There are always those fans in India, and then there are those fans that are international. This one is for that fan who is the biggest international fan.
- Maano Toh Main Fan Naa Maano Toh Critic: This person is one who is a fan of CID, but can sometimes come across as a very big critic of CID. It's up to you what you think of them as.
- Female Power Zindabad: This is for all those male fans. Here you have to nominate a male CID forum member who praises the female CID cops (over the years) the most.
CREATIVE AWARDS
- Writing Ka Bhandar: No matter what the topic you can always expect this person to have a story (short, funny, or long) on it.
- Super Writer: This person is the best writer of the forum according to you.
- Avi Story Teller: This person's avis are so good that they seem to tell you a story sometimes.
- Siggy King/Siggy Queen: Depending on if the person is male or female they can be called King or Queen, but basically they are the best siggy maker in the forum.
- Editor and Director In One: This person makes stellar VMs.
- Director and Writer of the Forum: This person has great ideas for threads, contests, stories, and much more. They aren't just a director, but also a writer.
- Ghost Creator: This person is an all-rounded creative person though sometimes they make do things in the background that no one sees.
- Creative No 1: This award is for that one person you think made something that was the most creative thing ever in the past 1 year.
- Top Crew: This award goes to the team of people you think work so well together that they always bring creativity to the forefront. The team needs to consist of anywhere between 2 and 5 people.
- Creativity Surprise: This person is someone who has surprised you with their creativity.
VEERTA AWARDS
- Bravest Viewer: This award goes to the person who is the bravest viewer. They watch every episode without fail.
- Bravest WU Writer: This person may not watch every episode, but every WU they have, they complete and how.
- Bravest Creator: This person experiments with their avis, siggies, and VMs sometimes.
- Bravest Writer: This person is a brave experimenter with stories. This could mean changing up stories, coming out with sensitive plot issues, or trying something completely different.
- Bravest Idea Generator: If you want an idea for a story, contest, thread, etc. then this is a person you can turn to for help and to get some ideas.
