CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???????????????????

I have an avtar uploaded but it won't show up!!!! Does anyone know why this is happening? Do i have to do anything?

I also have another problem. Whenever I reply to posts it won't let me change fonts, put smileys, change color, bold it or make the letters bigger.

Does anyone know whats going on? can anyone help me?

I'm not sure to the first thing but the second I think u'll have to press at where it says: Click here to post in WYSIWYG Editor it's under the "Post Reply".
