Dumbness unlimited...

Yeah...thats our own Dr Neil aka Nachiket.

Am watching this show since first episode and am really really disappointed with Neil.
He is handsome, charming and successful personality But after divorce, he broke down and his way of living life changed, he lost his interests in his kids and relationship.

In my view, Neil is very very weak guy who don't have his own brain, any thinking abilities and common sense. He is completely a DUMB guy who is in total control of his sister the ugly vamp. Am sure, she must have talking rubbish about Ragini all time while they were in US, she already spoiled Ranbeer's mind and Neil must have known all these things. Yeah he opposes ugly vamp sometimes but its in very lame way.

After coming to India, ugly vamps blabbering and tantrums for Ragini increased, she is constantly insulting Ragini n kids, she is trying to set Nivedita with Neil, she have tremendous hatred for Ragini...Can't Neil see that? Can't he tell ugly vamp to keep in her limits and forget about Ragini and not to insult her every time?

In their view, Ragini has moved on... so why the hell its troubling that ugly vamp? We can understand that Neil is hurt because he still not able to forget her and move on because of deep love. But that doesn't give you rights to keep insulting Ragini. And what problem they are having with Dr. Aman ...only because he is Ragini's husband...(of course in their view). How come they can keep making fun of him or insulting him too? Do they have any rights to do that? No...

The mature person like Neil...
not able to say any single word to his younger sister?
always tries to justify his acts to his younger sister?
always listens to and obeys his younger sister?
always failed to strong reply to his younger sister?
always keep mum on Ragini related matters?
always listens Ragini's insults from his younger sister without uttering a single word or opposing strongly?

Whats this? a 45+ aged person is so much dumb and confused all the time? And I noticed one more thing since this Nishi's wedding matter, Ragini never asked him to do anything...but still he did so many things, either for Nishi's happiness or because of Jignesh's Baa's pressure (actual strong reason is his love for Ragini... he n we know that), and ugly vamp always accused Ragini and that too in front of Neil but not a single time Neil strongly replied and told ugly vamp that Ragini didn't asked him to do things but he is doing own his own...NOT a single time...sometimes he tried but that too in very weak and lame...no confidence and no strong attitude.

... In my view, Neil is just puppet in hands of his younger ugly vampy sister and don't have any self-respect and even not have any respect for his love aka Ragini (especially in front of ugly vamp n Nivedita)... Am really ashamed of him.

Pls try n understand my frustration towards Neil.

Agree with you! Anyone who do not see this, clearly want to watch a baseless story with no characterization. I badly wanted this show to be different and it was for two (2) episodes. Neil could have been a wonderful character but alas that hope died as soon as he came to India. And plus it would appear he is still in nappies and only Pam can change them. He knows of his sister's dislike for Ragini as Pam has never hidden it, and yet he purposely ignores her humiliation by his sister, etc.

Leads are always supposed to be worthless. Ekta's team has proved us right again.

I can understand your emotion and frustration but I do not think he is 'dumbness unlimited' - he's a different kind of guy as compared to your typical BT hero who's all swagger and low at emotional quotient. Neil is much more milder than the usual strong and silent hero and I love that about him.. his inherent goodness does not allow him to look at things with a shrewd vision or a clear vision that will tell him that Pam is the worst sister one could have..

I am sure when he left Ragini, that too was a decision that was embedded by sister who also completed the deed.

See dear, its just lyk He was shattered and Broken due to their divorce, when Pam was supposed to the 1 who takes care of their child and also being a Bro, he thinks that she is a caring sister, who cares abt his and his childs life..no brother in the world can image that his sister can be lyk a character which Pam has been sketched here. i agree, i too dnt lyk the way both he and Pam making fun of Aman, But he was just hvng fun with him, when Pam insulted Aman, he did apologize to him (Aman slept in tat scene, it s different issue), and abt Insulting Ragini, she did insulting Ragini, but nt in front of Neil, Even when he came to knw tat she insulted Aman, he ask her nt to repeat it again!!

About She try to Match Nive with Neil, He thinks as a sis, she is trying to make his life better and even he agreed only bcz he was in drunken stage by thinking Ragini moved on, but nt in normal mind..he is still avoiding that marriage talk.

so from my POV Neil is ok in his Way...Not that Bad to get an such frustration. Sry just My POV which i wanna share!!

I still find it amazing that the actor won a best actor award for this show as his character (NEIL) hasnt really been doing anything other than giving blank looks. (Well he cried once or twice😆). But yeah his character has had no developments. He appears to grow a pair of apples when he is blasting Ragini or when he is humiliating Aman but other than that, the nappies are always tied really tightly.

Ironically, he thinks Aman is a fool to allow Ragini to make him dance to his tune. I take it, he has no mirrors at home. Because if he did, he would have realised he is an equal fool.
