i guess she Just tore the report coz she doesnt want to prove her fertility to any1 with proof... It would be a bang on when she actually concieves This way! To shut a few mouths (shagun n bala inlaws intended)

I am positive she will be pregnant...And I am also sure that she is going to have a son first and then twins. Because in all of Ekta's shows Leaps happen around episode 650...so that means we have plenty of time to see Ishra's babies...For now they just need to consummate...And going from Ekta's track...there will be a leap, separation during the leap, Shagun kidnapping Ishra's son, adoptive daughter and etc.
