Guys seriously have a doubt when randhir was asked to testify against his mom renuka said tat harsh her husband is alcoholic and won the case...harsh was asked to go to rehabilitation bt is in jail...for wat crime is he in for so long?????(am I missing something)

second doubt,when randhir tampered with the screw design sanyuktha went and saved renuka& her family...so for wat crime was rehan in jail????
