Lady Bri, Ormax rankings don't measure someone's current career but are more a representation of someone's popularity.

For example, Kareena or Madhuri walking down a random street would create more of a scene than Anushka or Alia would even today. Similarly, people were saying why is Sunny Deol always in the top 10 males. Because nobody would even look at Ranveer or Arjun if they were to walk down Delhi's chandni chowk with Sunny Paaji.

All that said they don't mean much, and should be taken with a pinch of salt because popularity doesn't always mean better projects or career success.
