Quotas are illegal per supreme court.

There are no quotas for black, white, brown, yellow, blue, green or transparent people.

There are no quotas for Asians, Hispanics, Latinos, Chicanos or any ethnicity.

The supreme court said quotas there never shall be.

lol...i was talking about the Affirmative action plans...where plans are there for women and minorities ..so in a way a typical white male is excluded from all the benefits of AAP..

Affirmative Action Plans are intended to foster equality and diversity. When Affirmative action was legislated the workforce was dominated by WASP men. Women, religious and racial minorities were systematically underrepresented and excluded. A school or workforce should represent the general population of the region. If a population segment is underrepresented and excluded the affirmative action plan tries to increase diversity by expanding opportunities by reaching out to these groups. In the past there were quotas but the Supreme Court abolished quotas.

There is not a single jurisdiction where white men are underrepresented in the work force or education system. In fact white men are overrepresented. If the population is 50% white male, the representation in work force and education systems would be 60% white male. Therefore there is no need to create an AAP to figure out how to attract and keep more white men. That being said white men are underrepresented in football and basketball and there are measures to include them. The GPA, fitness and performance requirements to make the cut to a team are lower for white athletes.

The only place where white men are underrepresented are is prison. I'd be more than ecstatic to have an AAP to figure out how we can make white men actually serve term for #crimingwhilewhite or you know shooting unarmed black kids.
