Chotu's storyline?

I think its similar to Govinda's movie Waah! Tera Kya Kehna where he was a successful businessman had a girlfrend and stuf lyk dat but den after an accident he lost his mental imbalance and started behaving lyk a child, which his brother's took advantage of that fact by killing their father just to inherent there fathers money arguing that Govinda is not menatlly fit to look after the business and stuf lyk dat!

Although the last part is not lyk chotu's storyline the first part seems to be i mean Pam aka pallavi's other kids were talking about how he used to help them alot and the flashbacks they were showing indicates it must have been an accident or sumat thats caused him to be lyk this although i'm confused as to what reason ther cud b about Chotu's truth dat wil cause Parvati herself to return him to Pallavi the only reason i can think of is that he isn't really Chotu!!
