Thanks Gautam for breaking the stereo type that all TV actors should aspire to be movie actors. I think the two mediums are interchangeable. In the West they have achieved this. Now it is time for the East to follow suit.


Doing high quality TV is a lot better than doing low quality cinema, just to call oneself a Movie actor. Some TV actors have had terrible debuts in forgettable movies with no real story, or had to play sexy props in female-centric movies.


My hats off to Gautam for staying in TV and lifting it higher by doing shows like Mahakhumbh, which is far superior to forgettable movies that make no impact!
