Malathy is about to feed Abhi the poisoned food. 😲 Just then Kali comes in running and smells the food. He prevents Abhi from eating it. 👏 He screams at Malathy for poisoning the food. Arumugam Is shocked to hear this and tries to throw up but to no avail. Malathy screams at her father that this is the only way for her but suddenly collapses. 😲 Kali carries her to the auto. Arumugam is worried and tells himself that heaven is calling him and collapses too with foam in his mouth. 😭 Kali carries Arumugam into the auto and drives to the hospital with Abhi.

I have been thinking after seeing the promo 171 - Vani coming out majestically from Rani's house. It was quite impossible as they had earlier parted with Rani throwing challenging words at Vani that she would bring Saminathan to greater heights and Vani saying she would want see how it happens (just to make Rani work hard to achieve her dream). Thus Vani couldn't have made that flying visit to Rani's home within a couple of days.😉

The goondas told Rani to come out and meet him as he is waiting outside to meet her. It was then that it struck me that he might imagine Rani as Vani when she walks out of her house. Sure enough it was as I imagined..thus making the house owner's hopes go down the drain...!!

Luckily Rani remembered seeing Counselor once at Vani's home otherwise it would be another reason for her to think that Vani is making her life miserable again. I am glad she knew the people behind it are the house owner and his equally evil wife and not her sister Vani. Rani is a gem - doesn't want any unnecessary problems cropping thus suggests to Sami its best they move out.😊

I strongly feel Poo knows about her condition and is actually pretending to be happy without giving Karthik any doubt. It's so clear she is trying to pair off her hubby with her friend. I find the whole scenario when she was talking with Karthik very artificial and over acting. She kept on talking about her friend and then asked him who he would give more marks for being pretty. What is she trying to get at - hoping Kartrik to say that he would give an extra mark or two for her friend? By expecting him to say so does she feel it would make it easier for her to achieve her mission? 😡...

By the way it was the 1st day at work for Karthik. He was using a white shirt with brown tie but when he came back home late evening he was using a green shirt minus the tie. The conversation between P & K was like it was done on Kartick's 1st day at work - so how come his shirt changed colour?? All these minute details should be taken into account instead of overlooking it.😛

@Sue nair: exactly, pooja even after comparing her with Akila, asking her hubby, doesn't make much difference. It will not be easy for him and its not necessary that he will agree to marry Akila for a child. What about his Love, emotions?

Rani's understanding nature towards Vani was nice.
