So...the THREE SHERNIS of Bhalla Parivaar shall now forge ahead to take down Shagun, "uski sitti bitti gum karane" Ishita gives out her instructions..."Aapko meri burai karni hai...BAHUT saari...Shagun ke saamne"...So once Shagun starts believing Toshi ji will stoop to despicable levels, just for GKC, She'll start confiding in Toshi...and kaput! Her plans would be ground to dust... I HOPE THEY DONT FALL FLAT ON ISHITA'S FACE...Im beginning to like Shagun's strategic downfall...one after the other...
Mihir's gone back home...brings out some file from the drawer...and while he sifts thru it, happens to come across a picture of his and Mihika's...Some really boring Self-talk in Mihir's head..."Bhool jaa use...Mihika ko...USKE PYAAR KO...USKI YAADON KO...sabko dikhana hoga...ki tu uske pyaar mein pagal nahin hai" "Mihika teri zindagi mein nahin aane wali hai wapas...you have to MOVE ON" Mihir was REALLY EXPECTING Mihika to COME BACK? And if yes, THEN WHY? Hasnt he suffered enough for this nutcase? Ayyo yaar...what boring stuff...total waste of screentime...
Location: Ruhi's school...Time: Prolly 10-ish in the morning...Activity: Shagun gloating over the phone about taking part in the Mamma race (For Ruhi) and cancelling some plan with her friends...Toshi ji and Ishita come along to the school...On cue (WHICH LOOKED EXTREMELY AWKWARD AND STUPID BTW), Toshi ji started yelling at Ishita...Ishita pretended to look hurt and dejected...Shagun watches on..
In minutes, Toshi ji approached her, "Tu ready hai naa?" Not sure if what she was witnessing was actually true, Shagun suggests they wait for Ishita, or she might not get good seats...Toshi ji says it doesnt matter..."Waise bhi...maine keh diya usse...ki woh parents wali seat pe aake na baithe" Shagun looked like she'd just won tickets for a free trip round the world and backđ
"Kkya hua Mummy ji, itne pareshan kyun ho?"
"Ab...bahu ki satayi hun naa"
"Maine use itna samjaya ki tu Ruhi ki Maa nahin hai...toh iss race mein tu na daudna"
As predicted, Shagun starts bitching about how Ishita is only nice to ADI, coz she wants to make a good impression on Raman...how she has deceived Ruhi...how she acts like she's the boss in the house...
"Ohh dekh...Sauteli hai naa, Sauteli hi rahegi...Ruhi ke liye uske dil mein pyaar hai...par Adi ke liye? Uske dil mein koi jagah nahin hai" Toshi ji adds some moere FUEL to the fire...
"Mummy ji...aapko yeh baat maanni hi hogi...ki MAINE aapse kabhi zubaan nahin ladai" Shagun does some MAJOR talwa-chaatoing
Toshi ji pretends like she no more holds grudges against her...that she wants to let bygones be bygones...that she ONLY cares about her ADI's happiness...how she cannot let him out of sight...blah blah blah...So essentially, the dye is cast...plan set...
Vandita, who'd arrived some time ago and was chatting with Ishita, looks on SHOCKED creepily eyeing Toshi-Shagun bonding...Simmi's SHOCKED too...Ishita acts nonchalant, like nothing has hapened...
"MUMMY YEH SAB KYA HO RAHA HAI? ISKE SAATH KYUN BAITHI HUI HAI?" Simmi asks her in repressed tones...Toshi ji gives her the look and shushes her...
I do NOT understand why Romi just cant get he cant be a father anymore...as if the doctor can help...he didnt look like a REAL doc who knew what he was doing, ANYWAY...Dunno what 'dilaasa' he was providing Romi...The doctor happens to come to attend the athletic event in the same school...Im sure Romi and the doc will come to face each other...the doc would know this is the Romi Bhalla of CEO THE Raman Bhalla or something...sme crappy drama, am sure of that...
Announcements are made...Toshi ji starts hollering...Okay, I get it that she's super excited about the race.. but the "Hoye...Hoye HIP HIP HURRAY..OYE" and jumping and squealing and Jagraata style of celebrating almost gave me a mini heart-attack
The Mamma race is about to begin...Shagun bends down for Toshi's 'Aashirvaad' "Mata Rani teri taangen tode...tere baal teri ankhon mein jaaye...tu munh ke bal gire..aur mitti khaye" Toshi says to herself, once Shagun is out of sight
Ruhi's soo soo proudly flaunting her Ishima's 'athletic running skills' to her other friends...Ishita walks purposefully towards Shagun, with a bag in her hand (am sure its got all her event-related attire)...she smiles at her...Shagun looks daggers at Ishita...
"Ruhi Bhalla's mother" Ishita and Shagun, both ask for Ruhi...at the same time
"Aap dono?" The woman at the registration counter is perplexed
"Raman Bhalla ki wife...dono yahan hai...woh kahan hai"
"Bacchon ki Maaon ki race mein...Shagun kya kar rahi hai yahan?" Raman, who's just arrived with Sr. Bhalla is shocked...

Toshi ji asks Raman to thand rakho and tells him to let it be...Simmi keeps interjecting in between, being left out of the drama playing out before her eyes..
The organizers ARE OBVIOUSLY wondering how TWO WOMEN, claiming to be the participating kid's mothers, go for the race...
Okay, I didnt get it ...that bit where Ishita made a very PIOUS, never-heard-of suggestion, that 'Accha Example hoga' bit...where BOTH the current wife and the ex-wife are allowed to compete...do they ALLOW such kinda examples to be experimented right in the school premises?At best, it would be uncomfortable, leading to a lot of SNIGGERING behind their backs...anyway, since its a fictitious show, Ruhi requests the organizers to let BOTH her mommies take part in the race, and well...they say yes...
Shagun's flexing her calf and thigh muscles...Toshi ji sucks up to Shagun, gives her a bottle of water, "Aaj tune...hamari ijjat rakhni hai.." So..so...the PLAN is...Romi was supposed to have stuffed Shagun's running shoes with khujli ka powder" He's nowhere in sight...From what Im guessing, Romi must be stuck with the stupid doctor who's also gone to the school...for HIS kid's race...
WHOEVER THAT CHICK WAS, ANNOUNCING THE START OF THE RACE...HORRIBLE SHRILLY EAR-SHATTERING VOICE..Do the CVs just pick extras without getting a voice test done or wat? Anyway, the announcements begin...

God...AWFUL, AWFUL VOICE..AND HORRENDOUS 'Dialogue Delivery', if it can EVEN be called so...
The announcement for 'Mother of Ruhi Bhalla...track num FIIIVVVEEE' rang out twice in the air...The Bhallas are waiting with baited breath..Raman goes 'Yeh Madrassan padi hogi kahin sambar rasam khake...main islie keh raha tha"
For a second, I was shit scared...I seriously thought Shagun stuffed some chloroform-sprayed hanky right in Ishita's nostrils and left her waylaid and unconscious in some creepy corner of the school backyard or somethng...
but then...Madrassan STYLE mein aayi...My My!Those awesomely fitting black track pants, and the black tee and the white sweatshirt and the 90s retro hairband, pulling her hair up in that uncharacteristic yet sexy HIGH PONY...Wow...she walked in like a model...Raman ki aankhen nikal aayi...Simmi ne zara si line maari...aur kahan uski biwi kinni hot hai...I was like, "Wow...DT looks KILLER " she looks wayyy better than Shagun...so full, so shapely, so womanly...not like Shagun...chicken legs...snotty mouthđ
Anyway, Shagun is SHOCKED...ki, "Yeh Behenji itne DESIGNER track suits kahan se leke aayi? Mujhe toh laga tha yeh SAREE mein daud lagayegi"
I go crazy over such Mommy-drama...I like seeing Mommies rule..Mommies win...and a mother like Ishita...I cleanse my eyes whenever I see mothers fighting to the hilt ...for their kids...ONSCREEN/OFFSCREEN...I just want to savour every bit of it...
PRECAP - Shagun and Ishita run side by side...sometimes Shagun moving a couple more feet away ..sometimes Ishita scraping by a bit more, picking up momentum...and then...Ishita picks up speed like a rocket does, before shooting off into space...Shagun deliberately bumps into Ishita...making her stumble face-down on the hard ground underneath...
Everybody's shocked...Since its EKTA's show...Ishita will somehow dust herself off and make up for lost time like a jaguar in its element...OR...Shagun will win, BUT Ruhi will only go KISS Ishima on her cheeks and we'll have an Ishima-Ru moment...Dunno...i just hope they dont disappoint us...
P.S. Now that Mihir's ready to MOVE ON...Please, please, please give us sme juicy Mihir-RInki scenes...Some golgappa moments, some movie hall ke haath-mein-haath moments, some sunrise or sunset moments...OR even...some lounging-in-the-couch-wth-a-cuppa-coffee moments...Anything will do...coz .they both look exceptionally cute!â¤ď¸
