Everybody is excitedly looking forward to the Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi)-Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) face-off in Star Plus popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein produced by Balaji Telefilms and the first round has already been played with Ishita coming out in the open and announcing to Shagun that she is aware of the latter's motives.

Though Shagun is confident that her manipulative ways of using Aditya will work, Ishita is confident that like always Good will triumph over the Evil and Shagun will be ousted from the Bhalla House.

What gives Ishita an edge over Shagun is her determination to do whatever it takes but through the right channel and only after ensuring the happiness and safety of her family and loved ones before anything and everything.

Shagun will get her first taste of defeat when she loses to Ishita in the running competition in Ruhi's (Ruhanika Dhawan) school.

Shagun who has won several medals during her academic years and Ishita who was apprehensive of participating in the race due to lack of athletic exposure will soon participate in the Mother's Race' from Aditya and Ruhi's side respectively. Though Shagun was in the lead, Ishita overtakes her rival due to the love and support of her daughter, husband and family thus breaking Shagun's pride and ego into pieces.

Like we said earlier the war is on and it's only a matter of time before things gets all the more interesting, dramatic and success touches the feet of the one who truly deserves it. Well in this case you know who it is.
