She is going to trick both Nachiket and Ragini to push her agenda of having a Ragini free life.. something will happen at the wedding to trigger this too..

Maybe Ram who she thinks is still in love with her gives her a cold treatment and she's ridiculed and stuff - would love someone to give it back to Pam.. Neil is always too polite!
