As per Karishma, Upen came back for her and flirted her. He did everything. Ok granted that he did initiate everything but you also responded the same way even though you have a boyfriend outside. But all of a sudden you stopped chanting his name ever since Upen's return so of course the HMs thought there was something fishy. They had every right to blame you for playing a game and showing an angle. For past three months there was nothing but then all of a sudden Upen was your type?😕
