This could be the last day when we will see contestant and discuss our favorites. For some people their favorites will win and for some people their favorite will loose and for some it doesn't matter 😆.
I understand it can be very stressful and nervous moment for those who are waiting for BB finale result, unless you have read spoiler.
Without a doubt, this season was best, not because I came back to IF after so many year, but honestly I was depressed before joining IF and it acted as stressbuster for me... (sssh..one secret, I came here because I maxed out my credit card and I coudln't go out for shopping 😆 )
I am very bad at giving farewell speech and people laugh instead of crying.
Anyways this is what I want to say, I am not a doctor but this are pretty useful tip.
1. Drink lots of water but not ocean water. 😆 This is major stress reducer and it will control your calories, keep your skin look good, help your kidney and maintain normal bowel function. I want you all be healthy and fit to defend and fight for your favorites next season.
2. Drink coffee but not more then 4 cups. It will help you with coping of depression of the result and also benefit your liver.
3. Use pacifier & Lots of tissue if your missing your favorites Big boss constestant or forum member.
4. Vent out your anger on family size inflatable punching bags and don't damage your wall, office wall, neighbor wall, television, glasses, family face or friend face in case your favorite loss. 😆 Make sure your kids are away from punching bag while you vent out your anger.
5. Do lot of shopping, trust me its stress reliever but don't max out your credit card like I do all the time.😆
With this I end my farewell speech... If your not emotional after reading my speech use tap water and put it on your eyes and wipe it, you will feel better...!!! 😆
