Honestly?! 😲 that was the best shot from today's episode and how the heck does it matter if Divyanka is darker than Karan? Surely it was not a fair and lovely commercial and in real life most of the couples have different skin tone from each other, should they stop holding hands because their skin tones don't match 😆

Are you being racist? What if Divs was dark or Karan was dark? Would you have asked to not let the darker people to be together with fair while people? Would you have asked karan and Divs not to make them work together??Like seriously?

I agree! The hand holding was the best part of today's episode! (besides Ruhi's scenes) Also, in Indian movies, serials, etc., I've noticed that the woman is usually made-up to appear fairer than the man... I don't agree with it! I'm glad that's not the case with IshRa/DiVan!

Hey OP, I noticed you deleted your original post. It was your opinion and you should be able to post what you think. I'm glad this issue was brought up as I had noticed similar comments from some people when the couch hand holding scene happened back in December. The fair skin/dark skin issue is omnipresent in Indian (or South Asian) society and it should be our responsible to discuss and hopefully move forward from it as a community.
