A scene that melts your heart....

Ok firstly...the entire episode was a brilliant piece of execution today..but ofcourse,needless to say that the scene of rudra and maimui ruled through n through...

It starts with rudra sleeping...like an innocent baby, disheartened by the world outside. Then comes maimui.
'Maimui,kahan thi aap?'
This dialogue itself gave me goosebumps...why does reality have to be so brutal at ur dreams sometimes?

The entire scene that followed...the conversation between maimui and rudra...it was ethereally picturised..every iota echoed perfection. The metaphorical use in maimui's dialogues...her xpressions so tranquil...it was as if she ACTUALLY had come down from the other world...

Rudra...the way he reciprocated to maimui's dialogues, spoke his views out about this convoluted world in a tone that begs answers...yet his questions remained,though answered indirectly.WOW!

Take a bow, dialogue writers...and everyone involved with this scene..

Coming to the actors...what should i say?i have always trusted gautam's calibre through and through..he outdid himself today...the eyes that spoke,xpressions that echoed feelings deep down the heart...this is the man i have always boasted of as my favourite..

Seema ji...no words can do justice to the praises she deserves for today's perfoemance.
The pallu scene...the questioning and longing look on his face wen she wanted to bid adieu...oh my heart 😭

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SCENES I HAVE EVER WITNESSED ON SCREENS...kudos!

Beautiful post sadia , as beautiful as the episode and gautam's acting , written from the heart . Tv is lucky to have an actor like Gautam ,a complete package with gorgeous looks of a Hollywood heartthrob , acting potential of a Naseeruddin Shah , humility of a sachin tendulkar and not the forget the physique of a gladrag model . Hopefully , i hv not embarrased readers , by being so effusive in my praise. Slowly and slowly Gautam is becoming a global actor , the sorts who can hold their own , anywhere on a world stage . I do hope desperately , gautam's potential is recognised on a bigger scale , and he gets recognition beyond TV . And thanks a lot again , for this lovely post

Very good post, and I am itching to watch the episode. Since the beginning I have loved the Gautam Seema pairing and they have not disappointed us at all.

Was good to see Maimiu, a really strong character. Amazing scene with Rudra. Beautiful done. Just love their scenes Rudra and Maimu.

Truly, it was quite the best part of an episode whose overall quality was very good, and you have done justice to it in your assessment.

What I loved above all last night, just as you did: Rudra instinctively taking hold of Maimuyi's pallu, which for him symbolises a haven of peace and safety, and then, his reaction as she stands up to leave. He is still grasping her pallu like a demanding child, and he looks up at her with his heart in his eyes.

NB: It is not adieu, which is farewell for good, but au revoir ( till we meet again) since she does assure her bachuwa that she will be back.

And I realised anew, from my delight at having Maimuyi back with us, how much I was missing her.

Despite its being touted as a mytho-thriller, it is these emotional passages that are the heart of Mahakumbh.
